D0 NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! I live in NJ and attempted to buy from this so called company. After many attempts to contact ACF while waiting for my order they never once got back to me. They just kept my money. I waited a year and no response. I finally disputed the charge with the bank that issued my credit card. I won the dispute. It was the only way I got my money back.

They exist, Is what went wrong.
I know a close friend who has been waiting for a refund for close to a year, with no resolution in sight.

Shameless, Low Budget Fraud

If I could "award" less than on star I would. No stars, or maybe a black hole, would be better.

Last April I ordered two pieces of furniture for roughly $1300. Almost immediately I started getting robot emails about how the manufacturer (Ashley) had pushed out availability by "N" weeks. More messages to the same effect followed over the following weeks and months.

When I reached out to ACF I found they do not answer their phones and respond to emails with more "canned" messages, none of which contain a name or any substantive or otherwise useful information.

Finally, two months ago they promised me a refund. Of course I have not seen it, although I have an inbox full of messages about how their "refund department" is backed up and they will let me know when my check is in the mail.

Once I get my taxes done, I will work on taking legal action. I have all the receipts(but no furniture) and I am a lawyer, so I will take great pleasure in getting my money back any way I need to.

45 Business Days and Still Waiting on My $583.60 Refund

On 11/13/22 I paid $583.60 for a dresser. On 11/14/22 I received the following message: "The current "estimate" we have for this order to ship is the week of January 2nd, 2023. Estimates are subject to change, at any time and without notice by the manufacturing warehouse." After determining I could get the item quicker via a local store, I canceled the order on 11/21/22 @ 2:08 pm. At 3:53 pm I received the following message: "We are currently processing your cancellation request with the manufacturer. Once we receive confirmation that the order has been canceled on their end we will issue a full refund back onto the card on file; this will take up to 7-14 business days." ACF updated the order status to "canceled" on 11/21/22.
Today is 1/21/23. It has been 45 business days/62 calendar days and I still haven't gotten a refund. ACF staff has never answered the telephone when I've called despite numerous attempts. My repeated written requests for an immediate refund have been met with unsatisfactory responses like the one their refund department wrote on 12/23/22: "Due to the extremely high amount of cancellations and refunds requested within the last few months, this process is taking longer than expected. We do understand your frustration, however, we will provide your refund as soon as possible. Please understand that due to the thousands of orders we have processed in the last few months along with hundreds of cancellations, we do have to confirm the order has not been placed and/or has been canceled with the manufacturing warehouse prior to your refund. Due to the many disputes and claims, we also have to confirm that your funds have not already been returned to you. All of this, along with verification that a refund check has not already been sent out to you takes more time. We will provide your refund as soon as our customer service support team and accounting department have confirmed ALL of this information."
What refund check? I paid by credit card. Sick of the stalling tactics, I filed a complaint with the BBB and completed a consumer report with the FTC.
WORDS OF ADVICE: To get assistance with your refund, file a fraud complaint via your credit card company as soon as ACF violates their 14 business days refund policy. I've just done so and wish I had done it sooner.

2020 scam and and still not shut down??

I have an order from them back in 2020 that I cancelled thankfully I used Klarna so my money wasn’t taken immediately and I canceled it. How in the hell does this scamming company still exist in 2023?? Why haven’t they been SHUT DOWN??

Scam

Scam, fraud, whatever you can think of. Ordering online is easy, but getting your stuff, and contacting anything but a phone recording or an e-mail bot is impossible. Ordered in August. still no furniture, or valid response about a "real" delivery date. Filed claim with CC company, and hopefully they can get my money back

Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks. We ordered a sofa more than a year ago. They kept pushing back the delivery date. Finally, after 7 months we cancelled the order and requested a refund. A month later they finally contacted us and said they couldn't refund our credit card because the number was no longer valid, which was true because the card had been replaced. I said fine, can you just send a refund check. They said yes, but now it's been five months and still no refund. Every email simply says "We've sent your request to the highest levels of management and it should be handled soon" or something to that effect. Seriously? How hard can it be to process a simple refund?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!!! I ordered two bedroom sets from them, which shows the order being available in their “warehouse.” Less than 10 minutes after placing the order, I received emails that the items are backedorderd and will be shipped within "12 weeks." After several phone calls and emails requesting cancellation, those fools couldn’t be reached nor did make they make any attempt to refund my $3150.75. If you find yourself in this situation, stop wasting your time trying to contact them, file a dispute with your bank ASAP before it's too late to do so.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. I filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company. They took my money immediately even though website says it wont be taken until order is processed. They are not a distributer for Ashley Furniture . They sent me an email stating that "They are processing my cancelation request with the manufacturer" and i will get a refund in 7-14 business days! A total lie they have no contract with Ashley Furniture and are not able to sell it DO NOT ORDER FROM ACF SCAM STAY AWAY

ACF is a scam

ACF is a scam! They owe my $650+ from an order I placed over a year ago. I cancelled the order in June of 2022 and still have not received my promised refund! They are outright Thieves!

They are scammers. I purchased two beds from this company. I have not received my beds. They e- mailed me saying the company no longer carried the beds I purchased and would be sending me a refund within 7- 14 business days. That was 2 months ago. No refund. Do not order nothing from them over 1000 people have reported this company to the BBB for the exact same complaints. You will regret it if you do. This bed's are for my disabled daughter and my granddaughter. What a big disappointment. This was ordered in 2021… It's now 2023.

So glad my order is relatively small…

So glad my order is relatively small from this faux company, but still. They stole $360 from me and giving me the same runaround as everyone else. I hope my credit card can do something for me. The usual route of transaction dispute isn’t open anymore since they delayed everyone so long. Lesson learned :( I hope legal action can be taken!! Total SCAM.

Class Action Lawsuit for Fraud!

Same story as every one else. Delayed with back order lie. Then delayed further with the refund is being processed lie. No refund after nearly 4 months. They've had my money since Feb. 2022. It is now Jan. 2023. May be too late to dispute with my credit card because of their lies to delay so that a dispute CANNOT be made and they can keep our money!! This is a class action lawsuit. They must be removed from doing any kind of business and the principle parties must be charged with fraud!

This place is scam as anyone else mentioned. I ordered a chair in September 2022. Till today, 4 months later, nothing happened. I am going to try refund. Not sure i will get the money.

Scam Furniture Company

I ordered a dining room table and 6 chairs from ACF due to their excellent pricing. Immediately afterwards I got an automated email stating the item was on backorder and would be back in stock in about 1 month. After 2 months, still no table or chairs. I called ACF@(662) 570-1599 and got an automated message, "Our phone lines are closed please email sales.at.acfwholesale.com for support." I emailed several times and only received automated emails with extended delivery dates. I requested a full refund (via email). The automated response was the refund could take up to 3 weeks. At the 4th week mark, still no refund. Today, I filled out a dispute with my credit card company.

Never going to get what I paid for

On June 7, 2022 I purchased two in tables with an estimate of 12 weeks. The two end tables were paid in full and I reached out inquiring why after 12 weeks I heard nothing nor have received anything. They told me they had no control over the delay and it would be another month. As of today December 31, 2022 I still have received nothing, and they will not respond back to me. The phone number is fake as it does not allow me to speak to an individual. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Of which they told me they have reached out to the company and I still have heard nothing. This was submitted December 9, 2022. I wish I would’ve read prior to buying as this company needs to be investigated for fraud/ theft, and needs to be shut down before anyone else looses money . I’m speaking from my personal view from my experience only.
