Fraudulent Company! Never order from ACF Wholesale. I placed my order for a desk on June 21, 2022. It's now Oct. 26, 2022. I inquire every few weeks. No response from the company giving updates. You can't get a human on the phone. I've waited hours and they're never going to answer. The last update I received was in Aug that it might be Oct. at the earliest that I might receive the desk. So still no real timeframe. I tried canceling my order last month and all they respond with is that it was past the time to refund and that I can return the desk and pay their fees. We all know there is no desk coming. They're committing fraud with no intention to ever supply the product purchased. Contacting my attorney.
This company will take your money and rip you off
I, like everyone else never received my refund of $1,100.00 after cancelling my order after getting an email that the dining set I ordered was on backorder and would take up to 12 weeks to receive. I've emailed several times, waited on hold for over an hour only to be disconnected. With all the ripped off customers, how is this company not forced to close and owners taken to jail? Since I'm getting nowhere with ACF, I will spend my time filing with every agency that I can in order to get my refund. This is just so wrong!!!!
Horrible FAKE place.
I placed an order 9/21/21. Every month i asked for an update and they told me it kept getting delayed at the warehouse. Finally on 9/6/22 i cancelled the order. The told me it would take 10-14 business days, but the warehouse need to confirm the cancellation before a refund could be issued. I called back on 9/29/22, they said i had to go onto Paypal and ask for a refund that way and i would be refunded back in 3 days. It's now 10/20/22 and still not refund. They dont respond to me emails. I call and wait on hold for hours and twice after being on hold for 2.5+ hours, i get to the #1 caller, and they disconnect the call.

Never got my order or refund
I ordered a dinning table set in May for over $1000. It is now October and I still do not have any product from this company or the refund I requested. They kept telling me it was on backorder and kept pushing the backorder date back. Finally I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund. They agreed but almost 2 months later, I still have not seen a refund. I have contacted them multiple times and they just keep telling me they are looking into why my refund wasn't processed yet. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they have already received multiple similar complaints about them.

This is the most disgusting experience I have ever had with any company regarding an online purchase. Placed an order for a bed frame in May of 2022 for a brand new home. I also ordered two end tables that matched the frame (which came just a couple of days after the order)- They did state the order was a few weeks out. I gave it some time and started following up in July, then August, then September. Finally cancelled the order on September 8th 2022. I still have not received my refund. I have written weekly. I am now on hold with an answering machine that told me I was 29th in line for 59 minutes, then 20th, then 22, then 30th the time keeps changing from 50 minutes to 61 minutes.... this is clearly a scam company...I have not been on hold for 23 minutes but it keeps coming back to 50+ minutes on hold. I want my refund from this company. Now that I am reading the gross negligent reviews ...I am in shock and aw that they are still "in business"-- I will not stop until I receive my refund and will seek legal action if necessary.

The first time I called I was on hold for an hour and 41 minutes in eighth in line when they disconnected me. The second time I called I was on hold for an hour and 38 minutes and second in line when they disconnected me. The third time I called them at 4:18 in the morning, Hawaii time, to try to get an early call in. I was on hold for Over two hours when somebody finally picked up. I explained multiple sectional sofas,that they had on their website had no measurements. I asked about the measurements Nazli sectional sleeper sofa. He said it was 97 long, 64 wide and 40 tall. I said, you just gave me two widths. 97 long and 64 wide are both measuring the width. He said well that’s what the manufacturer specifications say.
I let him know my concerns about the company with the hang ups, hold time and never responding to my email questions. I asked if there was something going on with the company issues. He said no everything‘s fine. THAT IS WHAT THEY THINK IS FINE.
I asked him a few more questions about another sectional sofa, and he asked “where is it being shipped to?” I said “Hawaii.” He said “ We don’t ship there.”
I said “Why doesn’t your website say this anywhere? How is it that your website let me register with my address and put things into the cart, knowing my address and there not be an error. The purchase screen had my address on it to be shipped to Hawaii and it just asked for my credit card.” He said nothing. I told him to relay the concerns to his management, but who was I kidding. I could tell he was working from home and he talked like he was so tired that he could barely talk. I wasted more than 5 hours just on hold, not to mention surfing their website for the right sectional for 3 hours. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

This company sucks so bad! Purchased a piece of furniture in June 2022 and still do not have the furniture or the refund I requested. You call them after waiting on hold for 2-3 hours someone picks up and sounds like you woke them up and they say they will process the refund that it was not completed for some reason. And they never process it. Or they hang up on you after you waited that whole time. They are HORRIBLE and should not be allowed to sell anything.

I ordered a gaming chair that said it had 2 in stock in May 2022. I paid for it and anxiously awaited confirmation of delivery. Next month it was on back order. Every time I ask I am informed it is on backorder. My recent communication I was informed it is on backorder again and MIGHT be delivered in November.
I previously asked about canceling the order and getting a reimbursement and I was told that isn't possible.

Unsure if people need more reviews than the ones below to prove this place is a SCAM! No matter when you call it is busy for 2+ hours and then when you finally get through they hang up. It happened twice to me.
Nowhere on the page did it say the product I ordered was backordered 12+ weeks but once the order is placed you get an email, saying it is backordered and they will let you know when it ships. Then, when you follow up they ignore it.
Save yourself! I will be filing a complaint with BBB, and they are already flagged!

I ordered a bed frame from ACF in late april 2022. I was told it was on backorder repeated month to to month.Finally in late july 2022 they promised a refund. It is now mid october. I can not get through on the phone, they literally keep you on hold for hours then hang up. They keep responding to my emails with an auto response stating they apologize and managment is looking into the issue. Total BS !!

I could not wait that long as I needed the furniture so I immediately cancelled the order. My order is displayed as cancelled on their website, I never received the furniture. It has been over 2 months since I cancelled and they refuse to refund me. Everytime I contact them I get the canned statement "Hello, We do apologize for the delay in the refund process. Management is looking into this issue and appreciate your patience as they look to settle this matter as soon as possible, Thank you, ACF Wholesale". I've gotten this 3 times now. They clearly have no intention of giving me my refund. I really don't think "management is looking into this issue." It's phrased exactly the same way each time, it's their automatic canned response. I've tried calling but everytime there are hundreds of calls in front of me. How is it they are getting away with this?

Don’t you every try ordering anything form this company. This is a scam. We ordered a couch from them for $1,736.90 in July 2021 and because it’s been almost a year and they haven’t delivered the couch yet we decided to cancel the order sometime in May 2022. Sent them couple of emails asking for updates with the refund, was on hold for a couple of hrs to speak to a customer service rep who promised that will escalate the request to a manager; We’re told they can’t send the money back to our credit card and would have to send us a check. Until now, we didn’t get our money back. They are the worst!!!

I ordered bedroom and dining room furniture totaling $1928.22 on October 28, 2021.
To date (Sept 20, 2022) I still have not received my furniture.
I was told the furniture was on back order by the manufacturer. ACF would not allow cancellation; I was advised that I can refuse delivery for refund.
I ended up ordering the furniture from Ashley direct- no back order and no delays. But I am out of $1928.22.
I will be contacting an attorney TODAY!

Fraudulent company, suspicious customer support. Placed an order for a bedroom set, spent 4 months with credit tied up only to be told they couldn't fulfill it. Called them and was told no replacements no efforts would be made to assist and they did quite a bit of business and didn't care if I was their customer or not. Refused to provide any information on the call transaction or history and then pretended not to be there when I asked for a manager.

Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is the worst. Hold on the phone for over 2.5 hours. Finally, my turn just to have them hang up. Don't communicate in regards to shipment. You gave to contact them. Numerous delays for months. I don't even want it now. Want a refund and purchase elsewhere. Consumers go elsewhere for furniture. Even if it's more, stay away from this shaddy company

SCAM! I ordered something in July. Cancelled it due to the long wait times and have yet to receive a refund. I can contacted them many times and am just told they are "looking into it". Eventually had to contact my bank and get a refund through them.

Sofa was ordered in April. I received it late August (to my surprise). No legs came with the sofa. I am on hold. It's been 2hours already, and I have been caller 3 for 20+ minutes. Got down to three minutes and now I have an estimated time of 20 minutes. I promise, no one is answering calls! The automated system is a deterrent so you hang up. How does the time increase? After 2 hours? I'm pretty sure someone looked at the phone like "damn, they are still there?"
