I first became involved with Acre Properties in 2017, when working as a Career Coach for Resurgo Spear, a charity which coaches 16-24 year olds from disadvantaged backgrounds, to help them find and sustain employment.

From day one, Acre Properties have been absolutely amazing! They've provided meaningful work experience to two young people who have, and are, facing serious challenges in their lives. The investment Acre have put into these people has been incredible. Enormously supportive, they've not only helped them develop impressive work skills but also hugely boosted their communication and interpersonal skills, exposed them to work opportunities they would have been unlikely to have found on their own, and restored their self confidence. The change in the young people who have gone there is remarkable, as they have been supported to achieve and empowered to be all that they can be. At the date of writing one of the trainees has gone from rarely leaving their house, to pursuing a career at Metro Bank, while the other is looking to build a career in property.

Acre are continuing to work with Resurgo Spear, so I look forward to more lives being changed! Thank you so much Acre Properties!

From viewing the property to my move in date Acre Properties were very professional and answered any questions / queries I had. Smooth check in process on a Saturday at their very welcoming office space.

After move in I had a couple more questions and minor things to be done within the property and they have sorted these out with no hesitation. Very happy with the service provided so far, I definitely recommend.

My experience with Acre has been excellent from start to finish. They are very welcoming and accommodating to your needs. I wanted to move into a property a month after I had viewed it. Between Ben who showed me around and Natalia at the office, they put into place a way for this to be done for me. The communication between them was brilliant, even when Natalia was off - Arun took over and he was very helpful.
I hope my stay in the property is a good an experience as dealing with Acre.

Acre Properties is the best agency I've been dealing with. I'm a tenant and I've been with them for 3 years now and I can't be happier. Whenever is something not working in the house they are sending experts to have a look and take care of it within the same day or the day after. They are taking good care of the properties and the tenants. I highly recommend this agency and I hope I stay with them for many more years.

I have been a tenant of Acre for over 12 years.
Alastair and Chris have been marvellous and they have looked after me throughout the tenancy. If you have a maintence issue, the maintenance lads will always be there straight away to fix the problems.
The entire team are so supportive of me, especially Chris who is a real specialist in Housing Benefit. I really appreciate the fact that Chris is so kind and caring. I lost part of my eye sight some years ago and I have a disability and he has helped me so much during this difficult period.

I have been a tenant at one of their shared flats for one year and would definitely recommend the agency. Quick and easy move in process within a few days of the viewings. Same goes for moving out, the agency has been very helpful in keeping the inventory check and processing all documents within a few days. The deposit was returned in less than a week from the move out date and there has been no dispute over the conditions of the room. There has been a few issues with some appliances in the flat and the agency took care of either the replacement or servicing the units. Overall I was satisfied with the service provided and would recommend Acre Properties without a doubt.

Amazing experience. They are something incredible. Usually the pic into the Advertsising doesn’t look like the reality but in this case the properties are more than the pic. Simply unbelievable.

Have been renting by Acre for just over a month and so far not had any issue they let us know when we are going to have people such as electricians etc. coming in and have been quick to solve issues.

When I moved to London with my husband I was looking for a job in the real estate sector but I didn´t like the way of working of most of the companies until I found Acre Properties. I dropped in and Sharon welcomed me warm-hearted. I was interviewed by the managers and met the team and one week later I started to work in the office and especially Natalia supported me quite well. I worked with Acre Properties 9 months and I really enjoyed it, everybody was helpfull and supported me and I really loved to be part of the team. Sadly we had to go back to Germany and I had to leave the company.
The work was diverse and I met people from different countries and cultures. Everybody helped each other because it is well known how difficult it is to find a flat in London. The portfolio of Acre properties can offer living space to all income groups and all flats have a good standard.
