I had such a positive experience with Sharon at Acre Properties. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making everything as smooth as possible for me.

From the very beginning, their team, in particular Benjamin Okoh (the property manager) has been consistently professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any issues or requests have been addressed promptly, and I’ve truly appreciated how smoothly everything has been managed.

My initial dealings with Acre Properties have been very pleasing and the renting process has been made as easy as possible for me. From start to finish, Shamia made my viewing a hugely welcoming experience. Clear instructions were provided on a meeting place, and from then on she was so helpful and could answer any questions I had. The property was in excellent condition and exactly as depicted in photographs and videos, and I could not fault the experience. I would highly recommend using Acre Properties!

I cannot speak highly enough of Ben Okoh. He has been nothing short of professional during my tenancy with Acre Properties and has always been willing to go above and beyond to help or assist with any question or request I have had. If you rent a property through Acre, and you get a en as your property manager, you will be in very good hands.

We had an issue in our flat: no water going through the tap and shower. After calling, Haley picked up quickly and fully understood the impact of this issue. She shared the steps we will have to take, and fully assisted with the process of finding out what's up - she quickly researched the water supply situation in our area with the water provider, and kept us informed about when the water will be coming back.

She was kind, positive, and engaged to help. Alleviated the stress of facing this problem in a busy day. Thank you!

Living in one of their properties for over 3 years now. Any thing that has come up has been delt with efficiently and in the speed that was needed for the situation. I have gotten prompt replies, with details on how situations will be delt with. I find all the staff that I have spoken with to be friendly and helpful no matter the situation. As a first time renter they have been patient as I was new to it all in the beginning and had so many questions about different situations. Overall I have had a great experience with Acre.
