The whole process from ordering to having my ears moulded through to receiving my ear protection was very easy.

I now have perfectly fitting hearing protection that I can wear for eight hours a day at work, when I play gigs with my band or watching a gig.

Great product from a brilliant company!

The procedure for my fitting was easy and over in no time. They were helpful and explained the tech behind the buds and how to upgrade if needed. Which i have every intention of doing so.

As always, great customer service from Sarah and the team at ACS. Had a set of earphones for my sons race helmet which were damaged. We needed a quick turn around. Sent them recorded delivery to ACS. They repaired and had them back to me within 48 hours, ready for his race weekend.

I had a few questions to ask because I have tinnitus, the response was next day or even same day.
Excellent product and service

I have used my ear plugs for the last 2 nights, when my teenage daughter had some friends overnight. I was impressed that I did not hear anything. Besides that the earplugs were comfortable. Over the years I have tried at least 6 kinds and the silicone ones that were molding in the ear canal were the most comfortable but not so efficient in blocking the sounds.

Making the appt was easy and the mould making very straightforward.I was put at ease and treated respectfully.Having been using the swim plugs for the past couple of weeks i couldn't be more satisfied. They fit well, no leaks or irritation to the ear.The process took a few weeks but that wasn't a problem for me.Thank you for giving me confidence to swim with the assurance that infections are very low.

My experience was not bad. The only reason I have given 4 star is cause the fitting is not very nice. I have been wearing the ear piece for more than a month but still have problems with the adjustment and fitting of the ear piece.

The other thing is that I can hear myself when I am wearing the ear piece it’s like an echo which is not ideal. I am not sure if there something that I am doing wrong. Have not had a chance to call customer service but will do it in a couple of days.

I put the SleepSound earplugs in as soon as they arrived and wasn't sure the noise cancelling was as good as I was expecting, however having used them for at least a month now they have been very good and I can't hear much at all with them in.

Still able to hear my alarm which I don't have very loud and my partner when he's snoring particularly badly but they are definitely better than the loop earplugs I had previously.

My only issue is I seem to get rather hit whilst sleeping and the smooth silicone slides around a little, breaking the seal and letting noise in. I'm not entirely sure what the solution to that is.

They are extremely comfortable though, even when sleeping sideways, and I haven't needed the comfort cream.

The process was a little long winded, having to get the moulds made and then wait for the earplugs to actually arrive took maybe 6 weeks on total and that was only with a cancellation for an appointment at my nearest boots hearing centre so don't delay in booking an appointment as you may have to wait a few weeks to get one.

Communication was good with ASC and although the price seemed a little steep at first it has proven to be worth the money, as long as they last as long as they say they do, I'll definitely get more when they need replacing.

I have been using the Evolve In Ear Monitors from ACS for about 10 years. I recently lost my pair and I decided to upgrade to the Emotion Classic Custom In-Ear Monitors. Note that I have never been dissatisfied with the Evolves, but these new ones are definitely a step up. The extra oomph in the bottom frequencies adds a nice extra touch to the well defined sound stage. To fully appreciate these little beauties if listening on you phone or laptop I also strongly recommend the Audio Go Link DAC. I am really happy that I made the decision to "upgrade".

As a long-time sleep sufferer, I was hopeful that custom-made earplugs would improve my sleep quality. However, they are not suitable for side sleepers as they cause severe ear pain. Additionally, the left earpiece doesn’t fit properly and continues to hurt even when I lie on my back.
