Shine was fast, efficient, and gave me all the support I needed. Shine has been following up on my issues and I really appreciate the promtness. I really like Active Era and its products, and getting a custome experience like this makes me want to choose Active Era in the future without a second thought.

big issue, huge tear in a king size bed. very fast email replies, very clear communication, very accomodating to situations

Best Night camping so far. So I normally used a military style tent being very tight for space and little breathing room creating condensation alot of the time. This active era tent was a blessing to pop up and peg out with just a few lines to keep it rooted to the ground. Lots of head hight so very little condensation at all and I was able to dress and undress comfortably in this tent. Packed away fairly well even though I had to look at youtube to see a person pop it back into the bag. There are diagrams stitched into the bag so that is handy as a refresher. Looks a nice tent also with blue and white colours.

Bought an Active Era air bed, a fantastic item but it developed a leak which I couldn't find anywhere. Contacted customer services as I was just within the warranty period, received a very prompt response requesting more details. Once I'd done this and sent photos, I had another very prompt response arranging a replacement to be sent out to me. Really good communication, fast resolution of the problem and excellent customer service all round.

Very good customer service, I was having a terrible time with the blow up King size mattress however after getting in touch and sharing footage of my air bed. I was able to get a replacement all thanks to Filip.

3rd Party courier left original parcel on the front step of a busy road & it was stolen. Grace @Active Era sorted the problem efficiently and despatched a replacement

The Bed arrived on time and well packed. Fist thing I did was to inflate the bed. It was up for 2 nights and all looks good. It will have its first outing this weekend and then I will be able to give a more Trusted response

Contacted for information on a small leak. Leak could not be traced so product replaced. Excellent timely communication. The requested information was exchanged and replacement product arrived the next day. Outstanding service.

We had a problem with the product we bought and this was resolved very quickly and efficiently and a replacement was sent out immediately.
All the correspondence we had with them was courteous and helpful.

Ordered a king size air bed directly from the company, enjoyed the product but it developed a fault (sometimes these things happen, air beds are temperamental!). I contacted their customer care team and Hansen offered the best assistance, providing advice on how to try and locate a fault and ultimately issuing a replacement. Would recommend the company and their team!

Despite an order made through decathlon and send by Active Era on the 27th of June , the supboard never arrived , asked for a refund but nothing received . If the issues is not resolved in 2 days will report to the trading standards

This blow up double mattress surpassed all expectations. Very comfortable, easy and quick to use (and very durable). It gives a good height off the floor and is so quick to re inflate . We would happily sleep on this every night. Happy to recommend this purchase.

Contacted active era regarding a faulty product in warranty. Told was bought from Debenhams so try to sort with them but come back if any issues. Debenhams in liquidation so never received refund. Came back to active era and emails are all replied by their virtual assistant. Saying that they won’t honour the warranty. I’m pretty sure a manufacturers warranty is with the manufacturer and not the retailer. Disappointing another good brand that have lost their core morals by relying too heavily on AI support features.

Initially a 1 star review. However active era have taken the time to resolve the issue personally with me and therefore I have updated my rating.

Easily inflated and deflated , very comfortable
