Fast, essy, affordable

I have ordered from Adsitco several times over the past years and always had a positive experience. This time however was not as good as in the past. I ordered a set of floor mats as a gift for a friend's new acquisition. I ordered on March 27 and the message from the website said I would received an email with the tracking number information and when the item shipped. After more than a week and not hearing anything from them, I called and was told the information had been sent to me... but nothing to my inbox or to the spam folder. I was sent the invoice, but still no tracking number. I had to call each time I wanted to check the status. I finally received the floor mats on April 11. They arrived in good condition and they look great. They just took a very long time to arrive.

PART WAS HARD TO FIND, STEERING BOX FOR MERCEDES 107 CHASSIS, QUALITY PART BUT DELIVERY TIME WAS LONGER THAN EXPECTED, WOULD STILL RECCOMEND

I order Parts for our 1982 300CD Mercedes and our 1986 560 quite a bit, prices are great and they always have what we need, if there is a problem finding a part ,a quick phone call to their office resolves it.

Few years ago I would have rated you a 1 based on packing technique and the following lack of customer service. I had ordered set of OEM floor mats and when they were shipped they were rolled bottom in allowing the foam to strech and pull away from the mat. Contacted customer service and informed them however they were not willing to replace. I had to remove the foam and be content. I have not ordered from them since until now. New order came as promised without packing flaws. Hi

Did not receive a tracking number until I called. Delivery was slower than it needed to be. Representive got upset when I told him delivery needed to improve. Service can't improve until feedback is accepted and acted on without people getting upset. Poor attitude, wanted to argue with me. Doubt that I will order again.

Ordered 4 new chrome rims for our collector car. I had never used this company before, but thought I would give it a try. There ord r included new centre caps and bolts where all other you had to pay extra. Rims arrived at my house in 6 days from order. Very impressed. Everything seems correct but will not know till I get rims to Canada in April.

Bought a hard-to-find windshield gasket for an old vehicle. Got it, installed it, works great. Adsit kept me informed all the way, great customer service.

The windshields could have been packaged better.

Had what I needed. Very good communication. Will do business with again.

This is the best site, best place I found to get parts for my Old Mercs... the new site is SO easy to navigate (and appealing). If they don't have a part, just email and they get back to you ASAP. Pricing is absolutely fair, along with 2nd hand options - if you find it expensive, you're in the wrong hobby!
