Great place to buy parts for Mercedes-Benz. The folks at Adsitco are friendly and knowledgeable.

Ordered a replacement chrome wheel for 1995 SL500 to match existing wheels. Old wheel was unserviceable. received the new wheel as promised in a very timely mater.

Being outside the USA I find that the postage for small items is outrageous

Product was exactly as described and shipped promptly and packed very well! Service was excellent when a question was submitted about shipping time. Will definitely buy from here again.

Ordered a "windshield seal" for my 1988 Mercedes 420SEL after calling them to confirm it was what was shown on the adsit website – the rubber seal for the front windshield, just below the wipers. Joe told me it was a comlete set, sealing the whole windshield.

I received a "Einglasung Set" containing mainly adhesives. I feel misled at the tune of CDN $ 300, exchange rate, shipping and customs.

Ordered a part. Website stated shipping would be advised later. Several days go by, no advice. Wondering where my order is, 1 week later I called the company. Gentleman advises parts are scheduled to be shipped next day and shipping cost yet to be advised. One week later, same gentleman calls to say the part is no longer available. Tells me the part has not been available for over a year. Not sure how that is supposed to make me feel better? Part remains advertised on website. No apology from rep. Still awaiting refund. What an unprofessional bunch.

My wheels were recieved on time, the ordering process was flawless. When i got to the tire shop for mounting I was informed that the front wheels were rubbing the rotors upon calling Adsitco they said they could send my out a second set with a different offset, which would mean i would have to pay for a second mount of my wheels. I would have expected sone consideration for my inconvenience. I had to have my rotors modified to make wheels work. If you have a 95 S420 get the deeper inset and save your self the added expense.

Adsitco provided exploded diagram upon request. 450SL bumpers purchased did not contain all hardware reflected in exploded diagram. Lower panels of rear bumper took extensive modification to clear car frame/undercarriage. Support brackets for front bumper took extensive modification for fitment issue.

Upfront, I must say that I have not yet unfolded the product (convertible top) although it appears to be excellently packaged.
I have been a customer of Adsit Co. since 1997 and have always been completely satisfied with both their products and their service.
Ordering and finding products on the adsitco.com website has always been easy and efficient.
I highly recommend this company for Mercedes parts.
