Getting a rebuilt transmission for an ‘83 380SL not particularly easy... except by ADSITCO. They took my order, called me back to double-check for a correct order and shipping, then gave me a timetable for delivery.
So far, great customer service!

Got an hard top electric hoist for a fair amount of money. My expectations were that is a well designed working well system. Unfortunately looks more like a backyard put together kit . The fairlead of the winch I ve got was well used, the pulleys were the wrong type for this application , could not be used being the closed type..

I ordered a rebuilt power steering gear…
I ordered a rebuilt power steering gear for my Fathers old 1976 450 SEL. The old one was leaking. I had my mechanic install it for me, Works great ! I shipped back the old one and core deposit was refunded within a week. I have ordered from ADSITCO before and have always received good service

Two weeks and the ordered part was not delivered. I phoned to find out that it was on order and would be in stock within 3 to 4 days. Customer service should have informed me about the delay. Your customer service needs a shake up!
