I have used adsitco for parts for my 1983 Mercedes 240D for many years. I have always been happy with their service. I am so glad they're here!

Got the correct part. Just took 2 weeks to receive an order that I made online.

They have no way to track orders online. When a week goes by and you call to find out where your order is they tell you they mailed it. When you call a week later they go and get a tracking number for a package that hasn't even been sent. The item ordered does not come from them but an individual you never heard of. I'm just happy I will never have to deal with this company again as I am selling my MB. (I had a similar experience previously with another MB when I ordered the solid rear brake line. They sent the wrong part and then expected me to pay again for the right part!) If they weren't the only company with the part I needed (lots of individuals had the part for sale) but thought I was dealing with a reputable company.

After receiving my order I discovered that the item was damaged (in the original packaging). I called for a return authorization. I was told to just send a few pictures of the item (showing the damage) and I would be sent a replacement ASAP at no charge. Fast forward a week- I am now being told that UPS needs more pictures. I send more pics. My question- I paid for a "new" item to be delivered to me. Adsit Co. has my money. Why I am jumping through hoops with UPS (2 weeks later) for an item that was damaged on delivery? I just want my part so my car can be fixed. Should'nt Adsit take care of me as a customer first and then work it out with UPS?

Product is good. Freight was 39$ and bringing it to Canada was another 75$. There is no duty. Find a cheaper way to get products into Canada. I order on Amazon from the US with no 75$ charge.

Four other suppliers including Pelican, Parts geek and AutoAZ had the same item for less than $19.00 I found after I purchased from Adsitco where i paid more than twice. I wanted to return it but freight charges prevented me.
Sorry, but Adsitco was too overpriced.

Parts were priced fairly and delivered on time. There was good communication throughout the process.

Got the correct part. Took a little time but thats OK . It is a vintage car part
that happens to be difficult to come by.

Found what I neede for my 1992 Benz. The catalog was easy to navigate and shipment arrived on time. Thanks.

i'm giving 1 star since the quality of the part i needed for the 1986 560SL chrome wheel lip molding was very poor. The moldings do not fit properly and i was required to pay the $45.39 to return their poor quality parts GRRRR
