there were significant shipping delays…
there were significant shipping delays beyond the initial delay due to snow at the ADSIT site. Delays added a week to receive the hood at the body shop. The body shop was in a 'hold' until the hood was received. Usually great to deal with ... in this case they fell short.

Used window regulator 1983 300CD Coupe
The used window regulator for the passenger side is in excellent condition (looked almost new). All I did was clean out the old grease and re-greased as needed with white lithium.

Ordered a new wheel rim for our 1983…
Ordered a new wheel rim for our 1983 Mercedes 300D. It was on sale ( this is always nice!). We received it in a week. It was in perfect shape and exactly as ordered. We’ve always had good luck with Adsit! We highly recommend the company!

I had to buy a used part as it was no…
I had to buy a used part as it was no longer manufactured for an old Mercedes and couldn't find it anywhere else. Adsitco had the part, delivered it on a timely basis, it has been installed, and is working. This part controls the fan blowers so we would be in bad shape with no fan for A/C or heater.
Excellent service and the part works!

Wrong item, had to pay shipping both ways.
Ordered a wheel pictured on the website. I paid for the item and $26 shipping. I was sent the wrong wheel. When I contacted them, they said they didn't carry the correct wheel anymore and I had to send the wheel back at my cost to get refunded. I shipped it back at my cost of $44. I was only refunded the cost of the wheel. Their mistake cost me $70. At the minium they should have refunded my initial shipping cost.
