The service was good however the cost of shipping was ridiculous! To pay over $50 for a single article approx 7”x3” is exorbitant. You should advise cost of shipment prior to accepting payment. I would have been happy to have it shipped by sea or a more reasonable method.

Part shipped is a Chinese knock off…
Part shipped is a Chinese knock off which has been documented on Mercedes sites to malfunction. Price of this imitation part is $27.00 on sites like Autowarehause. The genuine Mercedes part has been recently remanufactured by Mercedes and sells for $109.00. Adsitco charges $100 for this imitation part. When I called customer service, they told me Adsitco never publishes manufacturers names on part listing, which confuses me with all of the ‘genuine’ Mercedes references on their web site. I had sent a email to customer service asking the to confirm part was Bosche, and go no reply.

If you have a problem simply call us at 800 521 7656. All new parts have a 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with a product or brand received simply send it back for a refund. If you are not certain of a product or brand we carry, we do have our 800 number listed on our website. This allows for potential customers to call us with any questions prior to ordering. No matter what happens we want you to be a happy customer. We look forward to serving you and all your future Mercedes parts needs!

399 free shipping carpet in here changed me 700 US
I should order carpet from eBay . 399$ for same stuff And free shipping. You guys charged me 500US carpet anole and 200 $ for 11 bps shipping and is not even express. I wait 18days still didn’t receive it . And now I need to pay import free . Horrible.
