Prices are crazy

Prices are crazy. The goods are from china they multiplicate it by more then ten.
Problem is you have to buy them by the hundreds there.
My H1 almost took fire 2y ago. The pellet compartment started smoking. The reason ? I don t know. Aduro wasn t shocked by this . Aldo my dealer stopped other dealers don t want to come because they didn t install it. Aduro doesn t help. Luckily i am quite handy so better think twice befor you buy

Extortionate cost of spare parts

We recently moved into a house with an Aduro 9.3 stove. The stove is generally OK but the previous owners left us with a broken Aduro-tronic cylinder and no key. I could order the parts from their website but the cost of shipping (£44) is almost as much as the cost of the parts (£59) giving a ridiculous total of £103. I tried contacting a UK dealer but their price was an even more ridiculous £140 for two lightweight items which would fit in a small envelope. This is nothing short of extortion and I would not advise anyone in the UK to buy an Aduro stove.

Kosten voor versturen pas laat…

Kosten voor versturen pas laat duidelijk in proces. Korting code werkt niet. En een onderdeel dat binnen drie jaar kapot gaat is ook geen reclame. Kortom, valt wat tegen!

Als onder het product staat dat je met de nieuwsbrief 10% korting krijgt mag je dat vanuit gaan. Zet het er bij dit product dan niet bij. Contact zou fijn zijn, zitten inmiddels twee weken in de kou en wacht al een week op een antwoord van mijn email.

As for the spare part you mention: some components are considered wear parts, and depending on how often the stove is used, they may need to be replaced over time.

Unfortunately, we haven’t received the additional information we requested here on Trustpilot, so we’re unable to look further into your case or the response time. We are currently in a busy period, but we’re doing our best to reply as quickly as possible

levering fundamenteel onderdeel duurt lang en is duur

Ik kocht in 2021 een Aduro h1 kachel die tot hiertoe schitterend werkte. Vorige week echter wou de ontstekingskaars niet meer en moest ik een nieuwe kaars bestellen. In Vlaanderen (België) zijn er geen verdelers te vinden. Ik was verplicht via de website de kaars te bestellen. Voor zo'n deelstuk van de kachel werd een overdreven prijs gevraagd +- € 71 en een stevige verzendkost van € 15! Nog voor ik in bezit ben van het onderdeel krijg ik al een aanvraag een beoordeling te schrijven. Dat gaat vlug, maar een fundamenteel onderdeel verkrijgen duurt bijna een volle week. Dat kan én vlugger én goedkoper !!

Spares not available from UK supplier

Spares should be available easily from a UK supplier. The postage for 2 lightweight spares from Europe was almost as expensive as the spares themselves

Shopping at Aduro was problem-free

Shopping at Aduro was problem-free and (after some research) I was able to find the parts that are suitable for my type of stove.

Delivery by GLS however, is a nightmare. They announced a delivery twice but didn't show up, even though I stayed at home. After contacting their customer support, they scheduled a new delivery, but only brought one of the packages. The other one (the largest!) is in a GLS storage somewhere and I still have to convince them to deliver it. This means I will have to stay at home for a fourth day....

1. Online Webshop down - 404 kinda page

2. Three weeks delay on a product that appears "available" in the webshop

3. Mad expensive accesories. Relax Aduro - your international customers are not rich Danes.

Muy mal aún esperando el envio

A día de hoy aún estoy esperando respuesta a los distintos correos que enviado, para saber número de seguimiento, fecha de entrega.
Primero que espere 1-2 días para respuesta. Nada, luego entre 3-4 días nada.

Con respecto a los envíos, cuando usted compra un producto en nuestra web, mandamos el pedido por mensajería urgente desde Dinamarca. Esto implica que los plazos de entrega para España pueden ser de hasta una semana.

ADURO H1 Gevaarlijk, onbetrouwbaar, onbehulpzaam , onvoldoende plaatserdekking

Toen ik de kachel gekocht had werkte alles fijn gedurende een 4-tal jaar.(brandde +- 500 u per jaar)
Na 4 jaren vloog de kachel bijna in brand. de voorraadkamer vol pellets begon danig te smeulen door een onverklaarde oververhitting.
Nadien merkte ik dat ik hiervoor "alarmmailtjes kreeg" (die niet echt helpen bij zo'n acuut probleem). Toen begon de miserie. ...
Auger kromgetrokken isolatiemateriaal leidingen gesmolten ...
De installateur blijkt geen vakman te zijn en bij Aduro verwijzen ze me steeds door naar hun dealernetwerk. Alleen is dit quasi onbestaande en , komt men enkel als ze de kachel installeerden...
Aduro verwees naar een slechte trek als oorzaak voor het incident, maar waarom alles dan 4 jaar perfect werkte kunnen ze ook niet verklaren.
Uiteindelijk uit pure noodzaak zelf de herstelling uitgevoerd.
Alles werkt nu mechanisch helaas stopt de pelletverbranding zonder reden na een aantal uren bij temperaturen onder de 200 C
Bottomline : geen dealernetwerk, onvoldoende intentie te helpen MAAR wel dure kachels en peperdure wisselstukken . Bovendien zou je verwachten dat een fabriekant er alles zou aan doen om huisbranden tgv hun kachel te vermijden. Maar nee geen beetje interesse. ECHT ONTEVREDEN

Bestelling kwam goed aan, wel dure onderdelen.

Bestelling kwam goed verpakt aan.
De onderdelen zijn best duur... zoals bijv. de speciale Gasket for door: Kan dat niet voor wat minder?
Gewoon glaskoord is veel goedkoper.
Ook het stenen materiaal binnen in de kachel moet om de 2/3 jaar vervangen worden. Best een duur grapje...

Erg goed product

Wij hebben 6 jaar geleden een aduro h1 gekocht tot alle tevredenheid. De. Service van aduro is optimaal en als je iets wilt weten kun je contact opnemen via sociaal media. Ook bestellen van reserveonderdelen is online goed geregeld. Geweldig product. Ook is aduro een voorstander van optimaal gebruik van het product et betrekking tot ons milieu. Een echte aanrader dus.
