Appalling Customer Service & A Very stressful experience!
Staff do not listen, they wait for you to finish speaking but do not actually listen to you. Very dismissive and zero empathy. Appaling finance company. 2 months into an agreement they're expecting me to fix a broken engine due to a snapped timing belt. Car is SORN and not driveable, all they care about is making sure the payments are being made and on time. Please do not use this company. This will be the first and last time I do.

Dee was great.
I spoke with Dee regarding setting up a payment plan for my car, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and understanding person. Dee was incredibly calm, reassuring and completely non-judgemental throughout the conversation, which made what could have been quite a stressful situation feel much easier. They listened to me, talked me through my options and helped me come to a solution that has left me feeling much more at ease. Thank you so much, Dee, for your kindness and support.

My experience with Advantage from start to finish has been absolutely amazing! I couldn’t fault them at any point, polite, speedy and helpful responses, Jemma was fantastic! Arranged all documents and payment within hours and even managed to get my new car a week early!

After encountering a difficult period all the staff at advantage that I spoke to were very sincere and sympathetic to myself when I was dreading talking to them. No hard push, just very helpful and got me back on track. Can't thank them enough
