If I could give it a zero star
They sent me a damaged rakhi and when I raised a complaint I was told it will replaced and its been 3 days I haven't heard from them. This is how they 'honor' and 'value' their clients. Don't even have proper replace/return policies.

I'm regularly used IGP to send gifts in dubai and family back in India. Every time the experience has been fantastic.
* The quality of gifts and flower is top notch quality.
* The cakes are delicious.

* customer care response is quick to resolve issue I had in one of my order.
That is one of the reason I continued ordering with them and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.
