Aeropay customer service does not exists

I've used aeropay 2 times in the past month with no issues. For the past 2 days I've attempted to use it with the same merchant and I continue to get error messages indicating that their system detected a potential overdraft. There is a balance of 4 times the transaction amount in the linked account. The transaction repeatedly gets cancelled every time I attempt to place delivery order and there is no other payment method available from the merchant. Ive emailed support several times with no response. It concerns me that they have access to my account information and I have no way to close the account or even get in touch with them to close it. I will be reporting this to the federal trade commission. There is no way to close the account or contact any customer service other than the email address. I've also notified the merchant with no response.

Convenience

I love Aeropay it’s very easy and convenient. I use Aeropay at dispensaries instead of using cash. I love being able to pay ahead of my dispensary pickup. After prepaying with Aeropay the pickup process is very efficient and fast. I’ve been using Aeropay for about 2 years and have never had an issue.

Convenient Fast and Reliable

I’ve been using Aeropay for a few months, and it’s been a game-changer. The interface is user-friendly, making it incredibly easy for my everyday purchases. I’ve never encountered any major issues, and even when I had a minor query, customer support was responsive and helpful.
