Michael Peers who visited us today was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in detail to me what he was doing. A credit to your company!

I have reduced the rating because we had a longer wait than we had been told, despite the issue bring classed as an emergency. However, Michael, the engineer,was great. He listened to the issues that we had experienced and replaced the faulty gas meter quickly and efficiently. He also added an additional job to upgrade our electricity meter to allow the meters to synch and save us having yo book in another visit. He was really helpful.

Engineer, David McIntyre provided a faultless service with AES metering. Explained the process from start to finish and turned up at the agreed start time to start the job. Great service all round

The Aes Smart Engineer, Paul Cooke, came as arranged, to install an Octopus Energy smart meter. He discovered several safety related issues within the exterior fuse box, which he promptly corrected, as well as putting in the new smart meter. We are very grateful to him for 'going the extra mile' on our behalf.

Alessandro was absolutely brilliant. This was probably an awkward job as it's an apartment with gas and electric meters in very separate area and involved him going to get the keys from the management company first.
Not once did he complain and was very professional.
Sadly because the electric/gas meters are so far away I cannot get any readings in the house but he explained why and how I can get them.
Made sure wcerything was functional before leaving and cleaned up too.

Abs (Abbas/Shades) came to my property to install a pre pay meter after a lot of stress trying to get an old top up meter decommissioned and he was an absolute legend. No messing, cam in was very courteous and took me through step by step what he did and how he commissioned the new meter. He is highly recommended and I will be using him again for sure!

I had to have a smart meter replaced as the old one was faulty. The engineer who called to replace it, Ashfaq, did all the right things. He rang me when he was 10 minutes away, arrived on time, was very courteous and we had a good laugh! He was efficient and told me what he was doing. I've now got a meter that works and an IHD that he showed me how to use. He even cleared up after himself. Thanks Ashfaq, you're a credit to the company.

The engineer, Michael Peers was excellent. He was due to call between 1pm and 5pm but phoned to say could he come earlier this was better for me as my wife has just come out of hospital (mild heart attack and slight stroke) and a nurse was coming to see her in the afternoon. He was very efficient in explaining things, very tidy workmanship. Can't praise or thank him enough.

The installation of my smart meters went without a hitch. The engineer, Mr Peers, arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. He explained everything to me and was very friendly and courteous. I was very impressed!
