These items have still not arrived
despite being assured that they had been dispatched the day after the order was placed. I am extraordinarily disappointed and understand from your support team that you had been “Overwhelmed” with orders and unable to fulfil the order for another three weeks. I am very cross with your service and expect some form of compensation for the disappointment in three birthday presents not arriving

Good quality product and pleasant and efficient customer service. The only slight drawback was a long delivery time (1 month from purchase to first delivery attempt).

The company ships from somewhere in China, so my delivery took weeks to actually arrive that I’d actually just written off the purchase as a scam. However, the two shoehorns I did purchase did eventually arrive, and the packaging was clearly very subpar, which I don’t particularly care about if I’m honest. But I guess it was an indication of what was to come - the product itself is so so average, poor “craftsmanship” and absolutely NOT worth the money spent to purchase them. Aeska being a Scandinavian brand is clearly lowkey scamming because you think of quality when you think of Scandinavian items - and with the price tag, you expect quality too. Both of which were a huge let down. Definitely won’t be repurchasing from this company ever again.

Ordered two products from them, the shoehorn and the twist and lock shower caddy. Was initially sent an email that my order was sent, but followed up a week later to find out it hadn’t shipped yet and wouldn’t ship for another 10 days. Finally arrived and the shower caddy mechanism doesn’t work, which they seem to know because they also send some ADHESIVE to affix it to the shower wall. After asking to return the shower caddy, they asked for a picture and a VIDEO of trying to install the shower caddy. Needless to say, they aren’t paying me enough for my videographer fee. Cheap products and even cheaper customer service. Still awaiting a return label and refund.

I felt i was misled by Aeska, who advertise their company as Nordic. However, after waiting for a month for the delivery of a long shoehorn, I discovered Aeska products are only designed in Scandinavia, but made and shipped in China. The product was a gift for Father's Day, so 2 weeks late, and tracking was impossible. When I emailed my concerns, I was vaguely brushed off, and advised to just track my item. When asked if this was made in China, no response. So, Chinese product, not Scandinavian.

It's been 4 weeks since I placed my order and there is no sign of it yet. Last week I recieved a tracking link which just says in transit and no update in terms of where is it. Worse customer service and delivery tracking so far

Company states that its handmade and Swedish, it is made in China and not of good quality, I bought the shoe horn and the foot jack, both arrived in terrible packaging, 32 days after I ordered it. The quality is not good and also both are completely different when they were supposed to be the same wood. Customer service was very quick but I will not buy from here again, I do not like being tricked.

I brought a wonderful piece of art and it is useable!! the quality is top notch and even when it is put into place on the wall. it looks nothing like a shoe horn. just a beautifully polished piece of walnut wood.

These shoe horns are so lovely and a piece of art. My friend liked them so much that I have bought a pair for her as well. Great quality and craftsmanship.

The product (long shoe horn) is a 5-star product but giving 3 stars as there is a lack of transparency regarding despatch and delivery timings. I was emailed the day after ordering to let me know my item had been shipped. 10 days later when I queried the delivery date I was told that it hadn’t been shipped but due to huge demand, would be within 5-10 working days. The product arrived 4 weeks from the order date. It was to have been a gift and I missed the date; luckily the recipient loves the shoe horn :)

The product is of high quality. Need to improve on the logistics, whole month to receive the item is not top quality service.

I love the product. I didn't receive a tracking number though and the order number tracking never updated after the initial "your order has shipped" message.

took a while, so I contacted the customer service, and they replied straight away, and very politely. I would definitely order from this company again!

SCAM! Ordered 21 June- now 8 July and i’m still waiting for delivery. Followed up 26 June to chase my order and received an obviously automated response full of lies promising priority dispatch the following week….still nothing.
Your ‘Scandinavian’ product is clearly cheap junk coming from China, which makes your company a scam.
DO NOT ORDER from this scam site.

Shipping was fast and the shoe horn is magnificent. Highly recommendot for anyone who wants one
