I ordered on the 14th June and still haven't received my order. No communication from the company. Terrible experience.

delivery service was extremely long: more than 3 weeks when promised 5 business days.
They offer oak-colors, but the shoe horn really has a beech color. It looks cheap.

Great quality and sturdy!
Delivery was unfortunately slow, so order in advance! But well worth the wait for a good looking shoe horn and the magnet is a perfect strength.

If you don't mind waiting over a month for the Skandinavian items to be sent from China buy from here.

Although disappointed with the purchase and delivery time, customer support emails are responded to well

Even though I had read the positive and negative reviews about the shipping delays I still wanted a beautiful wooden shoe horn. None of the reviews said anything bad about the shoe horn. And I love it. The length is great, so smooth on your heel, fantastic to use and always where it should be for ease of use and convenience.

I purchased an attractive shoe horn, who knew there was such a thing. It hangs beautifully on my wall and takes up very little room. Great magnet attachment. Well made, works well and looks great!

Ordered on the 11th June , its now 6th July Still nothing .
Have e mailed AESKA re order with ots of excuses as this product is coming from China (Not Scandinavia ) .
I will never order from this firm again as it was for a Birthday present that has now passed. Asked for a refund but was refused . . 1 star is to generous

Really great company to deal with. I've ordered the magnetic shoehorn and the Halo lights. Quick delivery and very attentive staff. I had a query with regards the lights. I had an almost immediate response and it was sorted straight away. The quality of both items are brilliant and I'm thrilled with purchases.

My magnetic shoehorn has become a valuable part of my life; using it makes putting on my shoes without breaking down the heels possible. I like it so much that I have purchased three more as gifts for my family.

I would have given a 5*review because the magnetic shoe order really is lovely but I’m afraid I knocked a star off because of the length of time it took to arrive. Over 4 weeks however I am very pleased with my purchase

3 weken geleden een shoehorn besteld. Regelmatig probeer ik de tracking van het pakket te openen en altijd staat deze in ‘transit’, geen verandering, al 3 weken lang. Deze week een mail gestuurd met de vraag wanneer ik de shoehorn kan verwachten, als reactie krijg ik dezelfde tracking link. Ook heb ik gevraagd vanuit waar de shoehorn verzonden wordt. Op deze vraag krijg ik geen antwoord. Lijkt op dropshipping!

3 weeks ago I ordered a shoehorn. I paid extra for premium freight and still haven't got the product. The tracking site is really bad and doesn't tell you when you can expect to receive the goods... if ever. If delivery time is so long, you MUST inform customers about it. Now we are leaving for holiday in 3 weeks and I guess the goods will be returned because we are not there to receive the goods..

So I am utterly thrilled with the design, quality and functionality of this product.
The delivery took a little longer than I anticipated and was wondering was it a con.
But far from it. It’s beautiful. So much so I am ordering two more as gifts. They would make great Christmas or house warming gifts.

Absolute scam! Do not order! I received an email 20 days ago that it was shipped and received a reply a few days ago that it would be shipped in 10 days. Lies after lies, this shoehorn does not come from Scandinavia but from China from another planet, because even China goods arrive earlier! The customer service replies are frustrating and AI generated, don’t waste your money for something which might never arrive!

I purchased the Berlin Wall light which turned out to be quite a different colour from the photo on the website. Also the motion sensor light only stays on for 15 seconds which is pretty useless and is not mentioned anywhere on the site. However, customer services were excellent. Prompt replies, apologies, a full refund and money off my next purchase.

I am still waiting, it’s been 24 days since I placed an order and it has still not even left the warehouse in china. I am told it should leave the warehouse by end of next week - 5 weeks after ordering. Not only 5 weeks after ordering, the same day I got an email that said ‘we’ve shipped your order’ - so a complete fiction! Not sure it’s ever going to turn up. What’s become clear is that the instagram advertising is where this company’s effort is. But it is not a Swedish company in any sense, it’s a dropshipper for cheap Chinese made stuff, very, very, very slowly, if ever.
