Paid for document preparation but when my wife filed before me, I was told too bad, it’s no good now and no refund and needed to pay another $600 for new paperwork. I paid for document preparation and for my wife to be served which never happened so I paid full price for half of the service. Communication was lousy and lagging. No attempt whatsoever to make things right or even offer a partial refund. Would not recommend.
