Oplichters. Ik wacht al een maand op een bestelling. Mails worden niet beantwoord. Er is een label gecreëerd voor verzending maar er wordt helemaal niets verzonden.

Die bestellte Ware im Wert von 250 Euro ist nach einem Monat immer noch nicht da. Es wurde eine ungültige Sendungsnummer übermittelt. Sämtliche Emails zum Status der Sendung blieben unbeantwortet. Es ist ein fake Shop! Extrem schade um verlorene 250 Euro. Hoffentlich werden die Betrüger sehr bald geschnappt.

My intention in writing this review is not financial compensation, but transparency. I simply want others to be informed about this experience so they can make a well-informed decision before placing an order. I don't want a refund, I don't want the product anymore (I have already purchased it from a reliable source). I just want to make everyone know that this company fails to deliver, fails to communicate, fails to respond to repeated contact, and ultimately doesn't meet the basic standards of professional customer service. The lack of delivery and the complete absence of customer service have made this experience extremely frustrating and deeply disappointing.

I placed an order for Desitin Daily Defense Baby Diaper Rash Cream (113 g), paying €39.95 for the product plus €19.95 shipping, for a total of €59.90. This is not a luxury item, it is a product meant for a baby, a highly sensitive human being who depends on prompt and reliable care, which makes this situation quite stressful. When purchasing something for an infant, timing and reliability matter. Trust matters. Transparency matters. A delay of this length with zero communication is unacceptable in any context, and particularly when it involves baby care.

The website clearly states that:
- They ship throughout Europe and to the United Kingdom with estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days for EU countries
- All parcels include tracking, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way
- Customers can contact them via their email address for assistance, they will be happy to assist you

Despite all this beautiful wording:
- After one and a half months there has been no delivery
- Supposedly, I received a Netherlands local tracking information ( never worked and not useful at all in my case)
- I got no response to any follow-up emails
- I got no assistance whatsoever

This directly contradicts the information published on the website. If tracking is only functional for local deliveries in the Netherlands, that should be clearly stated. Especially when the business claims to ship across Europe and the UK. Customers should not be misled into paying nearly €20 in shipping under the promise of reliable tracked delivery. If you won't reply to emails don't declare that you are happy to help your customers. Finally, and most importantly, basic human needs should never be treated lightly, especially when the person affected is a baby.

This is a SCAM! Ordered and orders never received. No way to contact anybody. Updates are just ‘shipment underway’, and the status is the same forever. AVOID!

Jullie hebben het product geleverd. Echter het duurde wat lang. Een bericht tussentijds was welkom geweest. Het product wat jullie leveren is steengoed.

I ordered from this website and NEVER received any product. It's a SCAM please avoid this website. No refund 120 euros gone and they don't reply to emails and no phone number to call.

Notice of 12/13/2025:
“Product ordered for almost 1 month. I still don't receive anything. After several letters sent to the customer service address, no reaction. This is the first time I order on this site and this is the last”.

Today on 12/31/2025 I come back here to take stock of my order made on 11/22/2025. Following the publication of my customer review of 12/13/2025, I immediately received an email from AfriEssence telling me that they canceled my order without refunding me my €59.90. Anything... if they do it to a hundred people without customer reaction, they will make their best turnover without delivering our products. It's worse than a scam. I'm still waiting for my refund. I worked to have this money and not to give it to you for free.

Conclusion: This site is not reliable at all

TRUFFA TOTALE. HO PERSO SOLDI, PRODOTTI E PAZIENZA. NON RISPONDONO ALLE MAIL E HANNO ANCHE UN ATTEGGIAMENTO SPOCCHIOSO, QUANDO LO FANNO. NON ACQUISTARE! MAI!
