Love Afrocenchix hair products
Love Afrocenchix hair products. Just bought the shampoo & conditioner having loved the moisture hair cream, scalp oil & ultra hydrating spray.
I would have scored 5 stars but still a slight issue using the moisturising hair cream from the bottle. As it is a nice, thick creamy consistency, you have to really shake & squeeze the bottle hard to get it out. I really think the design team should think about a tub for this product.
I will still be using most of the products as they are great for my hair texture & have a wonderful fragrance.

The product does not moisture my hair properly and is quite heavy. I need a lot on my hair and the curls are not defined.Expensive so won't be purchasing again. Sorry I had high hopes.

Disappointing Experience
I have been a loyal customer of Afrocenchix since 2020, and up until recently, I had always been satisfied with the service, especially with the timely shipping. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
For reasons that were unclear, I have been unable to complete my orders through their website using Shopify. After multiple attempts, I had to resort to making manual payments, and even then, it took a considerable amount of time for them to figure out what was happening. The situation only got worse when my parcel got stuck in China for almost a month and a half with no updates, it was also a new route they had never used before. This caused significant delays, and after reaching out to customer support several times, I was informed that they had decided to limit the number of countries they ship to sometime earlier in the year. Had I known about this beforehand, I would not have proceeded with the purchase until the issue was resolved on their end.
Although the service at Afrocenchix has generally been supportive in the past, this time the experience was far from satisfactory. I spent a great deal of money and time communicating with them, but there was no clear explanation for why this issue occurred.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and the service I received on this occasion.

I love the products
I love the products. So good for my hair. I am dual heritage and use both when I let my hair dry naturally or when I have straightened it with tongs. The products last a long time and smell great.

Great products that don’t contain harmful chemicals
I have been using your products on my daughter and they are amazing. Her hair had broken in certain areas and it is growing so fast and it retains moisture . Also people are always complementing her on how lovely her hair smells :)
My only criticism is that the cream is so thick, it is difficult to get it out of the bottle.
