Very expensive for adjustment …
I ordered some very expensive diamond studs from this company. Unfortunately the backing was not adequate so i asked if they could be changed . I was charged for return shipping and £75 for the adjustment. Extremely disappointed considering how much i had already spent. The adjustment did not even warrant such a price.I would not order from here again.

The service was fantastic! I ordered an eternity ring for my wife’s 40th birthday and the timeline was going to be tight due to the ring requiring to be made. I spoke with Albie who provided assurance that they would do all they could to expedite the crafting and dispatch and the ring was delivered the day before my wife’s birthday allowing me to surprise her first thing on her birthday! A stunning ring that surpassed my expectations. Excellent customer service
Following doing a lot of research into lab diamonds, After Diamonds became the obvious choice for quality and value, and the diamond is IGI certified which was a must for me. The team at After Diamonds have been extremely helpful at every stage of the process. I had to wait a few weeks for the ring to be made, but I was kept fully informed of progress. After 3 weeks the ring arrived today and it's perfect! The ring is beautifully made, the stone is securely fitted and the diamond is brilliant, sparkling and exactly as described. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be making further purchases from After Diamonds.

There was a delay in delivery as was out of stock and had to be made to order , ordered well in time for my sons 18th , so wasn't in a rush , kept me updated all the time and was received 3 week after order , absolutely beautiful ring , my son will love it thankyou 😀 x
