It’s all about the quality of your inspector. A decent inspector means everything and why you repeat your business. Several sites now. Our last three site we have had a guy called Danny Brookes and it’s him that makes us go back. Good working relationship, always calls you back promptly and seems to be on top of admin for the end game. Good guy in our industry.
We build high end individual houses around 4-6 a year

Dealing with Khurram was an absolute pleasure,very efficient and good communication wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again if required 10/10

Dealing with khurram from advantage warranty was a pleasure we had some issues regarding final certifications which were sorted out swiftly we have moved our account over with him for all future works

They promised me a retrospective structural warranty when all other companies had turned me down. They insisted on payment up front £5900 but promised a full refund if they were not able to provide cover. They weren't but then said they would only refund less than half what I had paid. Fortunately I had their promise in writing but still had a struggle and had to threaten them with legal action. I got my money back eventually. Make sure if you decide to go with them to get everything in writing but you will still have a struggle if goes wrong.

I’m very happy I chose advantage to deal with my warranty , I dealt with Joseph who was excellent and very clear about the whole process , I thought it would be a real hassle but Joseph made the whole process very transparent and clear with regular updates throughout , a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend.

In a minefield that is the world of building insurance, thank goodness we found Adrian Fazackerley at ACHI who sorted out our building insurance warranty on a self build with professionalism, competence and speed.
He worked very hard and sorted the warranty in a short space of time in a very kind and calming matter.. He was always on the end of the phone with advice and guidance . a lovely chap to boot

Build Warranty
Having completed a self-build a small number of years ago. Then realising that we needed to have a warranty in place to ensure someone with a mortgage would be able to borrow against it. Very nerve wrecking. However, it all panned out thanks to the team at AHCI especially Joseph Deary. Thank you

AHCI St Helen’s team have been excellent every step of the way. Steve Loveridge has been exceptional, putting the policy in place, guiding me through every step, to issuing the final certification. This was my first new build project on my own, so slightly nerve wracking to say the least! Steve was always on hand with advice, followed up every query and put up with what must have seemed like endless phone calls!
Many thanks also to Emma-Louise Lucas and Daniel Phillips who helped push this over the line in double quick time to meet an exchange deadline.
Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a highly professional team to support their project.

Very efficient. Got this done at relatively short notice and provided a very quick turnaround.

Advantage were amazing from start to finish, I dealt with Josh, who guided me through the process, and made everything as simple as possible for me, did his best to get information we needed that I didn’t have, always replied to emails straight away, and would call me to keep me informed of how things were going, I would highly recommend Josh and Advantage, and will be using them again.

Had an enquiry regarding my new build warrenty that need some changes doing to it.
Had a very quick reply to my email, my contact was with Sam, he needed ID to confirm my identity which I sent to him the response was very rapid within twenty minutes of confirming my ID I had my new documents back and all sorted out.
Brilliant service from Sam and his company, a lot of company's could learn a lot from AHCI.
Would recommend them every time, very good company very professional in the way the conduct their business.

Amazing customer service. The client rep Josh called me first thing the morning after i submitted an online enquiry. He was extremely helpful and patient through the whole process, which was complex as we needed to arrange the warranty after completion of construction with a bankrupt builder! He managed the entire process via email and an 8 hour time difference, and was often available out of work hours to answer questions

After liasing with multiple warranty providers, I came across Steve at Advantage. Steve did an excellent job of finding the best product to suit our build. He really took his time to understand our situation and ensure we were well looked after. He really did go above and beyond. I would highly recommend
