Painful experience
Firstly very disappointed with their service. We were promised a structural insurance after months of discussion which covered sharing all the required plan, documents and contractors inputs after which we put our deposit hoping to get our insurance done. Then we were informed our insurance was not approved by insurance company which was to our surprise and it took almost a month and tiring chase to get our deposit back.
One of the most disappointing and painful experience we faced.
Even further when you call them to ask your refund you come to know you have been charged to speak with their team. I was charged £20+ for calling their number.
Hope they look into this seriously work on a better service and respecting their clients time and trust.

AHCI takes your money, but won't give you your certificates
I paid for latent defects insurance 4 months ago and still haven't received my certificate. At first they are friendly and helpful and assure you that all is ready for the certificate to be issued and once they receive payment they ignore calls and emails, constantly ask for more documentation and fail to deliver the certificate. AVOID this company!

Disgusting you use a premium rate 0845 900 3969 "contact us" number on your website. Got charged over £15 for the four phone calls discussing being a customer with you - terrible! So glad I went with someone else.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, I purchased a new build and have serious latent defects throughout my entire house, so far after 8 months nothing has been done to rectify this despite the health and safety issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, especially if you are thinking of purchasing a new build that comes with an Advantage latent defects policy!!!
