Bought a Shower screen from them. Good quality, great price and a very reasonable delivery timeline. I'd recommend them to my friends and family should they need a related item.

Avoid this terrible Chinese company.
Unprofessional, unreliable, disrespectful to customers needs.
Returning or replacing with them is almost impossible. Complete time wasters.

I live alone
I live alone. Drivers left items on my door step. I asked if they were heavy and they said no. One item was £22kgs and I weigh 45kgs.
I had to ask neighbours to help. This is not ok.

Once again the delivery driver had no intention of moving 2 heavy radiator any further than the gate. They were left outside and he scarpered. Driver doesn't have a trolley to help him.
Product themselves were fine as usual. As a regular customer I will have to re-think my supplier.
