I was in club med punta cana in the domenican republic. In 1 hour i had a video consultation and got through the mail the prescription for medication. Excellent experience, very proffesionañ doctor and efficient response. Eveything completely covered by my insurance.

I had to have three stitches removed while in Buenos Aires. I used Air Doctor and was charged $112. The visit to the doctor took five minutes. He removed the stitches and put a bandage on the wound. When I got home I was sent a bill for a further $185 for "treatment of a wound." It was charged directly to my credit card. On the invoice there was no itemized list, no detail on why the $185 charge. I complained and Air Doctor has basically said we warned you there could be extra charges. So $297 to have some stitches removed. Think before you use this company. You might be better off going to a local clinic.

It was easy to use the app and the Dr. who conducted the tele video call inspired confidence and helped me get my prescriptions.
