Overall the experience was efficient, accurate and affordable
Overall the experience was efficient, of the highest quality, timely and from the United States experience very affordable. I needed blood work, X-rays, and ultra sounds all were done within2 hr of ordering.Dr. Karen Velazco spoke great English. As a retired Physician and a Medical Director of 40 Clinicians at 3 different clinics. She was exceptional. I would hire her for one of my clinics without reservation and have her as my Primary Care Clinician with the highest confidence.

My family is traveling in Mexico City…
My family is traveling in Mexico City this week, and I forgot one of my medications back in the USA. Air Doctor quickly paired me with an available doctor who was able to write the prescription and get me the medication. They did a great job. I highly recommend air doctor. Bravo!

AirDoctor was exactly what we needed
AirDoctor was exactly what we needed. My 4 year old daughter needed to see a doctor, and we had just arrived in Mexico City. We were quickly able to get her an appointment nearby.

Fast, Warm, Professional
Within an hour of booking, I had a video conference with a warm, professional, helpful doctor. An hour later I was in the pharmacy with my prescription for badly needed medication. It was a wonderful experience all round. Highly recommend.

First time we have needed this service provided by our insurance provider.
Easy to use the app, had a video appointment arranged with a doctor within 40 minutes. The video call was with a native English speaking doctor who was excellent. We had a prescription within 10 minutes.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Booked and paid for an appointment. The doctor didn't join the call at the allocated time. I waited 20minutes and then tried to initiate the call myself, and no one answered. When I questioned this and asked for a refund, they blamed me and refused a refund. Useless. I'm sure they will answer this review with a "sorry for your experience" generic response, but that doesn't return my wasted money

Thank you for your message. We’re sorry this experience felt frustrating, we understand how disappointing it is when an appointment doesn’t go as planned.
After reviewing the call logs, our records show that you did attempt to join the consultation at the scheduled time of the appointment, but a permissions issue prevented the connection. The doctor did join on time and remained available during the appointment window, however the call was only successfully connected from your end again after the session had ended.
Ultimately, since the doctor was present and the consultation was made available as scheduled, the refund request could not be approved under our policy. We know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
