Does not work on Vodaphone
I have tried to use my Airtime accumulated money to pay my telephone bills but it is not working on Vodaphone. Worked really well on O2 but I am very disappointed now

None of your explanations excuse the poor level os service and not telling me you too a fee just highlights this .my bank account shows the purchase . Anyway I wanted my fee back and the residua balance back and then I will close the account.

A no-brainer - money off mobile bill
Easy to use and very reliable. I've had between £5-£10 off my EE mobile bill nearly every month in the past 9 months I've been using it.
I've even managed to combine it with other cashback rewards from other sites, saving even more money.

Refusing Cashback Altogether Now
UPDATE: The response below is misleading. I provided the exact same image twice - it was not unreadable the second time because it was not unreadable the first time. They even sent the "unreadable" screenshot back to me, proving it was crystal clear. I don't know why they dig their heels in with this 'the customer is always wrong' approach, it's so juvenile.
They have gone from trying to avoid paying out owed bonuses and lying about it at length, to refusing to pay out for qualifying purchases altogether.
Some retailers never track so you have to submit missing transactions that require a screenshot of proof of purchase (you can't send anything else). I sent the screenshot as per usual and they claim it's not clear - it's crystal clear, there's no blur, it contains the full receipt info as usual.
I'm not sure what the point of this company is any more, as they seem determined to drive their users away.

Not fit for purpose, avoid!
I switched from o2 to sky which this programme doesn’t support so I had to get credit to my card. It worked fine at first but then all declined. I added another card, also declined. Their only solution is via PayPal. I do not have a PayPal account and don’t see why I should set one up. Appalling customer service, no solution, a programme not fit for purpose. All my money I have earned is now stuck. Now what Airtime rewards?? How do I get my money?

Poor customer service and even worse knowledge of the law
Left a review not long ago regarding the hike in fees to withdraw the money from my account. Following what feels like 100 emails backwards and forward with various members of the Airtime Rewards team, I am still no further forward with withdrawing my money.
The money was earned before the fee was introduced. The fee was introduced without prior warning (which is against consumer law may I add). The only solution the team have offered is to pay via PayPal without charging me a fee. I do not have (nor want) a PayPal account. I was told to use a friends PayPal or, transfer to a friend against their phone bill. What a joke!
Prior to the fee introduction, I loved Airtime rewards but now, I simply want my money out in full and to never deal with them again.

Loved Airtime rewards initially, less so now
Loved Airtime rewards initially - I regularly bought giftcards to use on grocery shopping which counted towards the monthly challenges, getting an additional reward for a certain number of £5 or £10 purchases. But Airtime has changed this and not only have the supermarket rewards been reduced to about 1%, but giftcard purchases no longer count towards monthly spend challenges. So I have stopped doing this.
I have also recently changed mobile provider to Lebara (as O2 were about to hike their tariff by 33% mid contract!) and Airtime does not support this provider in terms of money off mobile bills, and charge a fee to withdraw rewards onto a card. It is also now taking me a long time to ‘earn’ enough to reach the withdrawal threshold.
So while I found Airtime Rewards great initially, I now don’t find it as ‘rewarding’ - am on a tight budget and don’t spend money at most of the retailers listed. The grocery ‘cashback’ was the most valuable reward for me (as it was money I was spending anyway) and represented a real saving on my mobile bill.

Overall good concept but has limitations
Overall this is a good concept and bonus to take some money off your phone bill.
Unfortunately I have had a few instances where cashback was rejected and it is next to impossible to resolve and understand the reason for rejection. This has led to a considerable amount of cashback being missed.

Annoyingly a lot is online only
Its great to earn rewards but it's frustrating when its online only. For instance, the Iceland deal is online only but they don't deliver in my area so I have to shop instore and therefore I can't take advantage of the deal.

Excellent idea and easy to use. I would just say there's a lot of companies I've never heard of but I do use some of them. It's easy to earn money off your bill and easy to navigate the app. Personally I've had no trouble so far and would highly recommend them.

Fraud Warning
Fraud Warning - Having never had any dealings with this company, I was surprised to see two transactions debited from my account totalling £50 on the 30/01. After sending the company an email, I now have a further two charges pending for another £50 on the 02/02.

RUBBISH SERVICE
This is the second time I have had to come and write a review. I have been chasing my December airtime rewards for over a month now. These equate to lost rewards of over twenty pounds. I have now sent twelve plus emails asking for it to be sorted but they keep doing the bare minimum and fobbing me off. I still have no transactions for December and they can see from past transactions my spending pattern. I have sent statements to prove but they don’t want to know. I cannot be the only person who this has happened to?? I will now prepare a report to Martin Lewis!

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish!
It started off really well but now they charge almost 20% of your airtime rewards when you want to withdraw money and only let you withdraw £10 a month in cash (around £8.50 after their charges)!
Stay away if you can!

Problem when you change your phone network
Before I changed my network provider from O2 to immobile, everything worked really well. Unfortunately since changing, I cannot get the app to pay my current network supplier the rewards I have built up
Just had message from Airtime - iD mobile is not supported so they will pay reward to my bank MINUS bank fee. For as £10 reward I have to pay £1.30. Seems excessive to me
Passing feedback to your team doesn’t help me. I want to see action about the exhortation of £1.30 to come off the £10 I have earned

Airtime has gone downhill!
I left a review previously for Airtime exactly 2 years ago and it was interesting reading it back. I gave 5 stars at that time and had accumulated £65 in cashback. Fast forward to today and a couple of things to note.
I use to purchase gift cards for my food shopping from the Supermarkets for which the cashback use to be at 4%, but for a very long time now, this dropped to only 1% so I stopped using Airtime as other companies like TopCashback's rate is much better. Plus hardly any of the retailers listed on Airtime are who I use.
However during the sales I recently spent a bit at a dept store on a few separate purchases and these logged with something like a 90 day wait time. I have since returned a couple of items, and immediately the return logged in Airtime and put my account into a minus amount. Why are you debiting my account, when I haven't even received the credit yet? Surely if I have to wait 90 days for the cashback, then once that's received, only then you should debit it, because now, if I did shop elsewhere, I will not benefit until this debit amount is all cleared. This process needs looking at. Shouldn't take out what hasn't been put in yet. I won't be using for the foreseeable future!
