I can’t believe what this company has done I earn rewards and then they take 7 pounds of my rewards and don’t explain they say they have sorted it but I’m 7 pounds worse off , please sort this I’m a disabled man with health issues and mental health issues please sort I. Had problems with Argos purchase 7 times and u took seven pounds from my rewards at first u denied this now it’s back in but the things r still active

I recommend this company. Have managed to save over £200 off my phone bills since joined up. Wish there were more places could earn the cashback though. My favourite stores which earn me cashback are Boots, Radley, Greggs & Brewdog. Once reach £10 it doesn’t take long from request to get it off you phone bill. Wish eBay would accept Mastercard and not just visa spends which disappointing. If want to get a £2 bonus add this code too C38DRFK4.

I'm not sure how anyone can complain? You get money off your phone bill for precisely zero effort beyond setting it up. Take the win, people.

I love airtime rewards, I just wish they would work with other piggy back networks like ID mobile as I'm changing contract this week and I won't be able to use my remaining credit sadly

Had to chase a missing transaction again, no reason giving for why it wasn’t picked up. And that transaction triggers bonus award for November which is still outstanding after multiple emails. A real shame as concept & the app itself is good.

The app seems to have lost a lot of it's supported networks. They now allow you to withdraw to cash (they used to do this with gift cards anyway but it is marketed as a new feature by the support team), except they charge 13% which is well above the rate of cashback they offer most of the time, making using them slightly nonsensical.

Honestly don’t understand why people give less than 5 stars. You get money for shopping…and can use it to reduce your phone bill. What’s not to love?

An excellent way to reduce your mobile phone bill without thinking about it. It's surprising how the credit savings can add up with normal credit card spending with the partner retailers. Highly recommend. Keep adding more retailers Airtime!

Rewards are quickly collected.

Airtime used to be one of my favourite apps.
Because of the way that you register your payment cards with them, transactions rarely failed to track and there were plenty of bonus cashback offers to help you out.
6 months ago, i would have given this app 5 stars.
Today, i've given it 3 stars.
That's because Airtime have reduced the % cashback on nearly all the stores that i used to shop at.
Gift cards no longer count towards bonus cashback offers, and their % cashback has also been reduced, especially on the gift cards i've used the most.
In the last 6 months, i've also had 5 purchases not track, 4 with the same company, from a targeted promotion sent to me.

Enjoying the rewards and savings on my phone bill just don't know why they take so long to go through

Update 2: 9th March......still nothing. I suppose that's my money gone then?!

Update: Airtime have still NOT got back to me as of 2nd March despite me providing them AND Trustpilot of all my account details - they tried to take down my review as not genuine.....until I provided all the documentation to prove otherwise!!!

Absolute joke of a company.

I've been using Airtime since last year and used my rewards to go towards my EE bill - usually about £50-£60 per month.

A couple of months ago they limited my redemption to only £20 per month with no reason given!

I had about £170 in rewards sitting in the account. When I complained and they gave me the option of closing my account they said it would take 30 days to do so.

Received an email yesterday to say that they closed it at my request via their online form and therefore I'd forfeited all my rewards!!!!

You cannot phone them and their online forms are deliberately obtuse. Their emails also go straight to your junk mail so you miss them and then they mark the issue as resolved because you didn't reply to them in time!!

These people are basically scam artists at this point. God only knows how much money they're making off the backs of all these partnerships they have with the big brands.

And, more worryingly, they have all your bank details too - not just the account information you hold with your mobile phone provider.

Do not use this company. If there was someone I could report them to I would but the best that I can do is to let EE know and maybe they might consider severing ties with such a shady outfit!

Used to be brilliant, now it takes forever to actually earn any money, and when you do want to withdraw it they charge £1.30 to withdraw £10! On top of that I withdrew it 6 days ago and no sign of the money whatsoever! Won’t bother updating my cards when they expire.
Update (29th December) - STILL no sign of my £8.70 I redeemed on 18th December! Absolutely useless!

Update (1st January) - STILL no sign, absolute SCAM company. Have removed my cards and bank accounts as I don’t trust them with my information. THIEVES. They apparently ‘understand’ my frustration and offered to send the money via PayPal, but after sending them my PayPal email address there is still no sign of it.
Update - 8/1/26 - FINALLY I have my money, and to be fair to Airtime, they waived the £1.30 fee and credited me the full £10. But how ridiculous to take so long in the first place (3 weeks).

For every £10 accrued you charge me £1.30 commission.

Percentages, bonuses and stores could be so much better.

Airtime is great for rewards using the online shops that I do i had a problem with my account a couple of times and emailed customer support tmit was sorted out really quickly and easily will definitely keep on using app

Great app to have with great incentives

I have £17.60 in my account and they want to charge me £8.70 to transfer it to my bank. I have no option because my network isn't supported but once it's done, I'll uninstall the app. Waste of time
