it is without a doubt a fraudulent scam, all the reviews on the website are fake and the name of the emails connects to someone in Lithuania, I would say without a doubt we are not going to receive the air con units ordered

I agree with the other reviewers regarding the very confusing and misleading add on's on the website. I ordered 2 of the fans at a cost of £109. I was then bamboozled into numerous pop up adverts and in my confusion ended up buying 2 more with a warranty at a further cost of over £200 !!! I immediately emailed the company to cancel the 2nd order but immediately afterwards received an email stating the order was packed and ready for delivery. Further automated emails informed me they were looking at my request to cancel. There is no facility on the website to review or amend your order ! The money has already been taken from account. I have not received any further updates from them and have emailed them again this morning. Be very wary when ordering from them direct. I've noticed they are now on Amazon ( shame they weren't when I ordered them ) ! My advice is order the fans on Amazon and then you are covered by Amazon's refund policy and guarantees

Bij afronden kreeg ik gelijk in het rood geschreven:
Transaction Declined Generic Decline.
Meteen opgezocht en mijn creditcard geblokkeerd. En nieuwe aangevraagd.
AirZuma zijn dus oplichters!!!!!!

Like previous reviewers I too got confused on their website and ended up with 3 mini units of which I only wanted one. Very misleading website.

I haven't received my units yet, but like another reviewer, I found the website so confusing I've ended up buying 4 of these things, 2 x 2. I emailed to say I only wanted 2 and please stop delivery as I would have to send the extra back, but as yet, no reply. I paid with PayPal and there was no way of cancelling the sale

One week later! I paid an extra £12.95 for quick delivery and so far nothing has arrived.
To anyone thinking of buying, I would think very, very carefully.

Please be careful when purchasing was from this company. For me the website was confusing and it’s REALLY easy to end up purchasing extra things you don’t want. I’m usually quite canny with websites and what I order but this one confused me.
It’s so hot here and the reviews of the product seemed encouraging so I decided to proceed with the purchase. Obviously, I was asked to enter in my credit card details but no confirmation of payment was given. The site then asked me if I wanted to buy two at a cheaper price. I thought two would probably be good so I clicked on that and after a lot of extra ads, I then got summary of my order saying I had purchased three and the order had gone through!
I immediately contacted my credit card company to warn them and also wrote to each of the Contact Us customer service email addresses that were provided. I also tried the phone number which did not exist.
I cancelled the order in those emails and requested that they did not take payment. About 20 minutes later I got an email saying that the order had been accepted and had been packed and was on its way to me.
Now, I obviously haven’t received the unit yet so I cannot report on its efficiency but I really didn’t like the lack of clarity in what I’d agreed to purchase. Please just be aware of this.
When you do check out, be careful to click on NO should you not wish to purchase any of the additional extras they offer you. If your experience is the same as mine, please remember, that if you find yourself
looking at the extras page you have already purchased an item.
This may be a perfectly respectable company offering a very good product but I really don’t like their website as it’s so easy to find yourself purchasing things you don’t want.
