Incredibly disappointed!
Took 6 weeks to receive the ring I ordered, was told quality issues were to blame. When it finally did arrive the measurements were significantly smaller than what’s stated on the website, rendering it useless to me. Incredibly disappointed!

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our services. At the time you ordered the Dome Ring, it was unfortunately out of stock. Typically, it takes our factory 3-4 weeks to craft and produce a new product. This information was communicated to you promptly via email after the order was placed. After receiving the ring on our end, it didn't pass our Quality Check. Therefore, we returned it to the factory for necessary adjustments. Our aim is to consistently deliver high-quality products, so we never ship anything unless it's perfect. Once the ring was returned and passed the quality control, it was immediately shipped to you. Moreover, the correct size 17.5 was sent as per your request. Please note that sometimes a ring may feel different on your finger due to a different thickness of the band and its design. Best customer experience I’ve ever been in contact with. Fast response and very helpful. Received a bracelet which unfortunately broke due to a manufacturing issue. Akind responded so quick and I received a new on just a week after.

Sehr enttäuscht!
Ich habe meinen Ring zur Garantie Wahrung eingeschickt, da er defekt war. Dies sollte 2 bis 3 Wochen dauern.
Heute, 5 Wochen später, habe ich ihn immer noch nicht zurück. Leider auch keinerlei Update, wie es aussieht.
Bei einem dreistellige Betrag erwarte ich einen besseren Service!
Langsam habe ich Sorge, dass ich einen Anwalt einschalten muss. Ich kann den Shop leider nicht empfehlen. 25790 - [#21538] ist die Bearbeitungsnummer.

Really nice brand and team!
Amazing customer service! A few years ago, I ordered diamond earrings, and even then, I noticed how they show care through small yet meaningful gestures, such as a handwritten card that accompanied the order.
Recently, I lost a lock from my earrings and contacted customer service. They were pleasant and friendly in their communication, assisting me with a new lock. It was nicely packaged in a small pouch with another handwritten card. Additionally, they followed up with an email to ensure that I received my item. I truly appreciate how this brand takes care of its customers.

Achtung bei Umtausch oder Reklamation!
Bestellung und Versand funktionierten einbahnfrei.
Der Umtausch eines Ringes funktioniert nur leider garnicht!
Nach erster Zusage erfolgte leider auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen per Mail keinerlei Antwort mehr.
Die versprochen Zusendung des Rücksendeetikett erfolgte leider ebenfalls nicht.
Wirklich Schade bei so teuren Produkten.
