Albatros Expeditions Opiniões 

Albatros Expeditions did a wonderful job of planning the Itinerary and adjusting it as needed. The Guides were amazing and we had a wonderful trip. The Lectures were wonderful and we enjoyed meeting the Staff on board the ship.

Everything from start to finish with Albatros Expeditions was amazing - the ship, the crew, the hospitality staff, food, programming, excursions, and comfort. All excellent. I would do this again and would strongly recommend it to others.

Overall we had a good experience. We have 2 points that need improvement:
1) The food - variety and taste didn’t meet expectations and the price that we paid for the expedition.
2) The day we got off the ship was defined with disorder… luggage got lost and sent by mistake to the airport

Très belle expérience sur un bateau confortable même en dépit du gros temps. De nombreuses sorties en zodiac qui nous ont ravis et des guides très intéressants bien que parfois une traduction aurait aidé.
Dommage de ne pas avoir d'information en français et un wifi très cher.
Nous conserverons un merveilleux souvenir de ce voyage

All the staff was very friendly and informative. They showed that they truly cared about the experience we were having.
The audio/visual portion of the presentation was sub-par. Each presenter had no support with their presentation and at times struggled with the audio and their slide presentation. The lack of a competent audio/visual person was evident. Each presenter had different levels of knowledge on how everything worked and it really distracted from their presentations.

Following the frozen footsteps of Amundson, Scott, Mawson and Shackleton, entranced by their spirit in braving the elements, buoyantly launching our big blue hi-tech steel sleigh leaving Ushuaia behind in the fog and wind to sprint confidently, with the best captain and officers afloat, passing 500 miles through the churning Drake to safe harbor in Charcot Bay, Wilhelmina and true Paradise, properly orienteered by the skillful guides, meticulously cared for and overly fed all the way by the ever cheerful crew, our Band of Discovery suited up to zodiac and kayak a course to the beckoning peninsula to hike up a steep parallel penguin highway, greeted by those proudly prancing locals overseeing their cribs of rock, saluting them as guardians of the ice world, then returning to the mother ship for a carefully choreographed plunge to dear life, briefly tasting chilled krill while leaving plenty for the ubiquitous, carnivorous Orcas amidships, then jumpstarting with whisky and hot soup while attending learned lectures on the environment and its uncertain future, finally bidding fond farewell, knowing we had left it better, with pieces of our heart and soul permanently ensconced on that compelling Seventh Continent, where one rightly becomes at a loss for words.
