counterfeit and made in China
I ordered a pair of Police sunglasses through Alensa.ae website. Unfortunately, upon receiving the sunglasses, I discovered that they are counterfeit and made in China. Don't waste your time and money for this website . I requested for return no response from agent.

Hello,
We are sorry that you suspect us of acting dishonestly. Please note that we only sells glasses that are from the original branded manufacturers.
However if you do not want the sunglasses you buy, start the return process and we will refund you.
Misleading and overpriced e-commerce site.
This company makes it appear you are ordering locally but ships internationally from Czech Republic. This means you will be charged tax and customs shipping duties which makes it more expensive than buying locally. They do not mention this on their website at all. Do not order from these guys. I ended up paying more than i would have from a local brick and mortar shop.
A scam in the end.

UAE government policy to randomly tax packages that has free delivery from outside the UAE. This is stated on our website when selecting Aramex as a delivery company to the UAE. Tax is being charged on Aramex by the UAE and in turn Aramex is unfortunately charging yourself.
As per the terms and conditions which you agreed upon before placing the order, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any extra fees that may be incurred during the delivery process. This information is also clearly stated on our website under the section "Shipping". We hope that you understand this information.
We apologize for any disappointment or frustration this may have caused. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, and we will do our best to assist you.
Absolutely Brilliant - Highly, highly recommended
I hardly ever write review but I needed to take the time to write this one. My satisfaction from using Alensa for the last few weeks is 100%. Their delivery is *insane*!! My last box of lenses was ordered on Friday. Today is Monday and the package was delivered already. That's from central Europe to UAE.
Their website is very easy to use, and they have a huge range - glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, solutions. A great thing about the ordering process is that as you select an item, just to the right is displayed the actual expected shipping date - so if an item is not in stock you get information about when it may be.
I had a glitch on one order, and contacted their support, who kindly adjusted my order and credited the adjustment - quick and easy.
Honestly, this company deserves to be super successful because they have totally 100% nailed customer service. Give them a try.
