Alfaparcel Opiniões

I started looking for options to order brands that had closed their stores in Russia and found Alfaparcel. The reviews were good and, as it turned out honest :)

Alfa buys and ships quite quickly. You can track the parcel in a personal account, then receive at the post office and enjoy!
The clothes were each time packed well, all things reached me in complete safety, all my orders I received in full.
Each parcel is packed in polyethylene and with a box, carefully sealed with tape - for clothes is quite enough. If I order shoes, I take the service "remove excess packaging" for 2 pounds. In other cases, it is not particularly useful and does not reduce the weight of the parcel.
Once with an order onlain shop sent as a gift a huge useless mug weighing 0.5 kg and I had it packed in the parcel. and had to pay extra for shipping LOL
In general, a good option - I recommend!

At the beginning of the year I started using the services of Alfaparcel.com. In a short period of time, I was able to finally become convinced that the company knows a lot about its business. I only have positive emotions and feelings left. What pleased me most was: reasonable price, wide range of additional services, for example: checking the complete set of goods, requesting a photo, purchasing goods through the service. Parcels are packed well, promptly, and most importantly, very carefully and securely. I wish the company prosperity, I will also write it to my acquaintances and friends!

Alfaparcel is the best way to buy goods in England.
A clear and easy-to-use website where all sections with orders, delivery, personal account, warehouse and rules of use are competently located. You can figure it out in 30 minutes. Technical support answers questions in detail, the main thing is to fit the whole essence into one request.
In a nutshell, you drop the link to the desired product in an affordable store, you will be redeemed, you are waiting for the goods to arrive at the warehouse. And then you either order from other stores or the eBay site, or immediately form a parcel for delivery. You pay for delivery and wait 3-4 weeks to the nearest post office or hand delivery. The parcel will be well packed for you.
You can order anything that is not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the restrictions of the European Union and the UK. This list can also be found on of.the Alfaparcel website.
I have already received more than 10 packages on my account and none of the transactions have turned out to be problematic yet.

Alfaparcel is among those rare services of a kind that is pleasure to work with. The staff are responsive, and they really do respond within specified delays. Flexibility in handling special requests is unmatched.
In very rare cases of an occasional error on their part, they react in a constructive manner and rectify quickly and without much ado. Among other intermediaries, Alfaparcel is a keeper.

AlfaParcel is a real treasure! They deliver orders flawlessly from Britain to Russia, even during sanctions that we now have in Russia. Support is top notch, always helpful. Low prices for package consolidation is one of the main pros of AP. They helped me with about 20 orders so i can totally recommend them if you need to mailforward some goods.

Without a doubt, Alfaparcel is the best reseller in the UK!
I have been using this service for more than a year, only positive impressions remain - quick display of goods in my account, low percentage of commission, friendly support service! It is especially worth noting that they collect and send the package very quickly! I recommend not to be afraid and order sanctioned goods, which unfortunately left Russia.

This is not the first time I use this delivery service. Always fast and without any errors. If you need help, then I get it. I thank the service for the excellent delivery, which is always at a high level!

Right now we are having trouble buying something outside the border. But alfaparcel is here to help.
All services are great.
I've been using them over a year for now.
Pretty fast free buy out and packing is great. all item is in great condition and all are intact.
I could definitely recommend Alfaparcel!

Nice and reliable service. Not onpy delivery, but also order-placing and discussions with the sellers are swift and professional. Pricing is reasonable.

I have been using the services of Alfaparcel since 2022. Already received 6 parcels, 7th on the way. All the information you need is easy to find on the site, calculate the cost in advance.
Parcels are well and securely packed, the dishes arrive whole!
As a rule, delivery time is 2-4 weeks to Moscow.
Thanks for the quality service

Alfaparcel is a reliable intermediary for sending parcels from England directly to Russia and other countries. If you order goods from England or Europe, but don't want to bother with shipping, Alfaparcel is the perfect choice for you. One of the main advantages of Alfaparcel is the ability to store parcels in their warehouse for up to 90 days. This is very convenient, especially if you cannot receive your parcel immediately after it is delivered. You can plan the time to receive the goods to suit you. Alfaparcel also offers various additional services that you can take advantage of if you wish. For example, they can offer you additional protection and insurance for your parcel. This way, you can rest assured that your goods will be delivered safely. One of the main concerns when sending parcels is packaging. With Alfaparcel, you don't have to worry about good packaging because they provide high quality packaging so that your parcels don't get lost or damaged during transportation. Moreover, Alfaparcel offers an adequate customer support team that is always ready to help you with any questions or problems related to shipping. They will make the delivery process simple and convenient for you. During the cooperation I have ordered more than 35 parcels, no problems. thank you for your work.

Once again I used the services of Alfaparcel Ltd. Employees of the company always process orders impeccably, store them for free in a warehouse for combining into one shipment, carefully pack and send parcels.
I am satisfied with the cooperation and will continue to contact the company.
I wish you prosperity!

I often use it to order miniatures and paints from the UK. Recently, it has become very difficult with acrylic and Britain and Parcels help out a lot) Everything is realy fast and good price.

I order from them every couple of months.

I have been using this company since 2019.

English parcel stores are also sent through it. If you often buy in one store, be sure to offer them as an intermediary so that the store itself sends parcels, there is an English version of the site.

Orders are mainly fishing rods, and these are long 1.5m and very long parcels 1.8m, often the last ones are not sent by anyone.

Registration is banal, as elsewhere.

The order can be sent to their warehouse, prematurely activate the address on the site, or place an order through them, which is relevant lately.

When ordering from ebay, it warns of a low seller rating.

I replenish through qiwi, with a card of the Russian Federation, the rates are quite adequate, some intermediaries have + 30% of the exchange. And the pound was never sold on it.

Packed securely. They try to comply with their terms of packaging and sent.

From the pleasant, at the current moment they can deliver parcels from 200f for nothing, but with slight restrictions.

Messages are answered within a day.

The possibility of quick redemption and quick packaging, of course for the money.

Check packages for integrity. I myself was surprised when they wrote the goods broken, although I took it like that.

Today, for me, the best intermediary for foreign purchases is ALFAPARCEL! They quickly redeem, check the contents for quantity and integrity for free - this is a huge plus for them! Other intermediaries need to pay for it. They pack orders well! They are quickly sent to my address. In general, ALFAPARCEL is a reliable and responsible intermediary! And I have something to compare it with
