Регулярно пользуюсь сервисом на протяжении нескольких лет и планирую пользоваться и дальше, Впечатления в основном положительные, за исключением одной неприятной истории с Почтой России (от которой ответа нет уже больше полугода). Alfaparcel в той ситуации, как всегда, мгновенно среагировали, помогли и сделали все, что было в их силах.

I'm a physical media collector (DVDs, BDs, UHD, CD discs, etc) since 1998, and cannot imagine how I'd have been able to buy half the stuff without the help of Alfaparcel's forwarding service! Они выслали мне уже более 120 посылок, и вообще говоря проблемы случались КРАЙНЕ редко и всегда решались в мою сторону. Особенно радует возврат налога VAT в счет стоимости отправки. Пополнение сейчас только через киви, но это не проблема, меня вполне устраивает. Заказы обрабатывают и отправляют очень быстро, по их каналам доставки задержек нет. Сервис просто прекрасный.

Потрясающая компания, очень благодарен работающей там команде специалистов. Отвечают быстро, делают все грамотно, даже самые непростые и порой даже глупые вопросы не вызывают проблем. Заказ выкупается и попадает на склад, посылка ведётся с самого начала до конца, покупатель всегда уведомляется, что не дает повода переживать и сомневаться.

I placed an order with an urgent purchase and the order was withdrawn by the store. In the end, the ransom money was withheld from me, a little insulting. But this is a risk.
