Poor customer service.
My wife and i had a stressful experience with this firm.
Several mistakes were made during the process of applying for a spouse visa. This firm are quick to take your money then after that the customer service was very poor. After making a complaint and asking for a refund the reply i got was unacceptable. Do not go to this firm.

Do not use this company. They answered my initial enquiries, they were very good at persuading me to pay £4000.00 upfront, but after I paid they forgot about me. They use a standard form to collect information to process the spouse visa and then they do nothing. They made my life very stressful. They call me everyday now to tell me that I will not get my money back. It is amazing and unbelievable how rude they are. If you want to know the truth about Alison Law Solicitors - read bad reviews, please do not read good reviews. Do not use.

Dear Alex, we have gone over and above our normal service to accommodate you considering you have only instructed us for your matter which is overly complicated. However you have no interest in using our services and making all sorts of excuses not to continue. You have still not showed us satisfactory evidence that you have satisfied the government requirements of the financial requirements. You have vented continuous anger with several staff members and not using online to continue to vent your anger. We have no choice but to cancel your file with us and wish you all the best for the future.

The best! I found working with Shuzana over this…
I found working with Shuzana over this very stressful time was a mind saver. She is a good listener offering solid guidance. I then had my talk with Iram, a lovely female attorney. She helped us decide to finalize the decision. The best part was Shuzana called after the talk with our attorney to follow up if we needed help. Again, I was greeted by a helpful voice. Because the process is stressful, she understood I was not processing. Will let you all know how it turns out but I am grateful!! Thank you Shuzana and Iram. Mind and nerve healers!

This has been completely a terrifying…
This has been completely a terrifying experience. I still have not been able to contact this firm for 9 months! They were so quick to pick up the phone when they wanted me to make payments! And it’s been 9 months and I have not heard back from them. I messaged the home office to complain and the home office said they had been trying to reach out to them for a while about my application and STILL could not get any response from them!
