Used to be great but now they keep reporting me as using multiple IPs, which I am not, and suspending my account meaning I paid for a service I can't use. I thought the issue might be my VPN so I turned it off even though i hate doing that and they suspended me again anyway.

Links supposed to be cached don't work and constantly say the file is being downloaded. The same link works on other bebrid sites 🤷‍♂️

Every other debrid site let's you upload your own torrents and then stream them through stremio etc. Not all debrid though, well they allow you to upload your own torrents. You just can't play them anywhere as you only get an error. And their website is confusing and difficult to navigate.

When I emailed support asking how to get this basic feature to work and asked them if I'm doing it wrong somehow their reply was to refund me for the month I just paid for and ban and lock my account! Wtf!?

Seriously banned and locked my account because I asked for help! And won't answer emails asking why I was banned..

I agree with those who are complaining and I'm someone with an infinite patience and not inclined to complain but there's a limit to everything. These are becoming more and more shameful every year. The main hosts which are already few and often shareware by default almost never work even with the green rectangle. Rapidgator which is practically the only decent one didn't work for weeks and I had just paid for the renewal of the longest subscription and now that it's active it works terribly just for a few files and intermittently. Furthermore the few links that do work almost always freeze a few bytes from completion and never completing. You contact support and they don't respond at all (at least they did in the past without fixing anything but at least they responded). Almost the same goes for example for Isra and in part for Turbobit which even when it should work doesn't work anyway (and Isra it's a host with limited downloads on top of that). But they are used to grab the money immediately, very well and I paid for years always the "annual" renewal. What a shame. If they resolve the situation in the near days I'll think about it, but if it continues like this for much longer, at the end of this year that has just begun and which has gotten off to a very bad start, I think I'll look elsewhere. "Cuckold" is fine but not really stupid and beaten...
Update (25/05): the situation has temporarily resolved itself (which isn't to say it can't get worse, as it always has). However, to be intellectually honest, even though the service has never been "perfect", let's say it remains adequate for the price paid. With a little more attention to key hosts, it could be as good as it has been in the past, and that's how it should be. Two more stars for now, which is what I would have given it until a couple of years ago.
Update (27/05): Turbobit also now doesn't works at all (and it's one of the friendliest hosts, almost free...) These guys have gone down a dead-end road. They no longer deserve trust and should be approached without too many expectations. The cost of the service isn't that low considering the quality they've been providing for a long time. Two stars only because the convenient copy to clipboard feature is the only thing I like, but I hope to find it elsewhere. Once my annual subscription, which I've unfortunately just started, runs out I think I'll switch probably to something else.

Ich nutze Alldebrid seit mehreren Jahren und war bisher grundsätzlich zufrieden. Leider musste ich in letzter Zeit feststellen, dass immer mehr meiner bevorzugten Hoster nicht mehr unterstützt werden. Heute habe ich bemerkt, dass auch DDownload nicht mehr gelistet ist.

Das ist bedauerlicherweise nicht das erste Mal, dass ein von mir häufig genutzter Hoster entfernt wird. Für mich mindert das den Nutzen des Dienstes deutlich, da die Auswahl der unterstützten Hoster ein entscheidender Faktor für meine Nutzung ist.

ALL DEBIRD is a terrible service in 2025 - nothing is cached, and the company relys on a bs tos to avoid refunds.

I usually pay for the 90 days. It gives free points and sometimes I get free for one month from the points. Usually downloads fast from the links.

Linksnappy hat Emload von jetzt auf gleich aus der Hostliste gestrichen, ich war daher auf der Suche nach einem neuen Multihoster. Alldebrid bietet lt. seiner Webseite einen Premium-Testaccount an (1 Woche). Die Liste der unterstützten Hosts war eindrucksvoll, Emload war auch vertreten, also dachte ich "Versuch macht kluch".
Pustekuchen! Die "Massenhoster" wie Rapidgator oder k2cc konnte man zwar testen, bei allen anderen, auch Emload, kam "Dieser Host steht in Testaccounts nicht zur Verfügung".
Sorry, Leute, wenn die meisten Hosts zum Testen nicht zur Verfügung stehen, dann hat man halt keinen Premiumaccount, und das sollte man auf seiner Seite auch klar kommunizieren! Ich bin jetzt bei Cocoleech. Emload und und viele andere "Exoten" funktionieren annehmbar, und mit den stundenweisen Aussetzern z.B. bei Filesfly, Daofile kann ich leben.

Wenn Alldebrid einen UNEINGESCHRÄNKTEN Testaccount anbieten würde, würde ich es vielleicht nochmal probieren, aber so: "Nein"

I attempted to make an account with an alias email from proton in order to keep my emails safe, but their website will not allow you to use aliases It has special characters, so they force you to give up your privacy In order to use their service, you can't even sign up while under a vpn and they will ban you if you if you use a vpn while using an all debrid account avoid these scammers, they just want your information to sell they don't believe in privacy and it's not free you are the product.

I wasted money on this Debrid service I had real debrid before and good till it so i thought try all debrid It sucks only works a third of the time. Total waste of money.

I subscribed to AllDebrid to use some Filehosters and after attempting to download some files, it's down. So I emailed them the service is not working as advertised and how long will the downtime last.

These 🤡 instead of giving an answer straight up banned my account which still had 29 days of subscription left and scammed me out of the entire amount.

I have been a member of the site since the beginning. I really enjoyed it the first years. For privacy, I must use a VPN in my country to keep my downloads scrambled from prying eyes. All of a sudden, they (alldebrid) decided that using rotating IPs wasn't allowed anymore and started locking my account after using 4 IPs in the same day. I keep on getting locked and not being able to use the account I PAID FOR. They say I download from multiple IPs, as a NetAdmin I tell them to f off and look at their logs. I NEVER downloaded simultenaously from 2 locations. I wrote them emails and they reply with generic emails not giving shit about the situation. Stay away at all cost, they are far better debrid provider out there and people actually caring about customer service... Peace out.

Switched to AD when RD went down. None of the links work. Sent them an email and never got an answer back.

Service is average. Many hosters are down and their customer service is rude. They don't even bother to reply to you. So if you have a problem or help, you're on your own.

Way better than Real Debrid that fails to work with Kodi anymore. Fast and reliable service. Much prefer it to Real Debrid.
