I have been with them for 3 years plus. Their support is absolutely shocking. They always blame the user and reply with a standard scripted email, blaming everyone but themselves.

Their replies border on the arrogant and impolite side.

They had an issue recently when ACE raided uptodown which AD use. They (AD) assured everyone that they were now back on line.

I asked them very politely and provided screenshots, why AD links were not working on Stremio. And provided the viewer with an error screen" Failed to download".

Their reply was awful and dismissive. I wrote back asking for help three times. No reply!

Now I use RD and those same same links that would not work with AD are fine.

Stay away from this shockingly rude and useless team of support. Sure I lost money. But the aggravation is just not worth it.
Now I am in touch with my CC company to see if I can get a charge back.

I am not a man who wishes bad for any other human being. But I hope more people desert them, and they crash and burn!

The worst service out there. The worst support ever! The website is incredibly hard to navigate. The links are trash, it's the same one over and over causing slow connections. I will not be coming back once my subscription runs out. Im keeping it REAL next time, if you catch my drift.. it's obvious this "company" will be belly up really soon.. straight sanitation

I have been using all-debrid with a good Vpn service for over 2 years,which they are fully aware of,information about me using a vpn is my account information on the main website.Never had any problems except for The last 3 days they have suspended my acount 1st time was for 6 hrs 2nd was for 12hrs 3rd today for 24hrs because of 4 different IP addresses they detected from my Vpn service saying I was simontanously making downloads with the different IP addresses.

servizio semplicemente pessimo! gli host sono verdi ma poi non funzionano (capito il giochino?!?!?) assistenza praticamente nulla.. hai un problema scrivi nessuno ti risponde MAI. Apro un reclamo su amazon pay per reclamare finalmente rispondono, CHIUDENDO L'ACCOUNT e non rimborsando nulla... restate lontani da questa azienda molto lontani

I tried to use the Alldebridd service and surprise surprise, found it to be just as evasive when questioned as Real Debrid. To be frank, trying to set up an account on Alldebridd is extremely difficult and probably only possible if you have a professional knowledge of what it is they claim to do. Requests for help simply have you referred to pages of unhelpful garbage.

It strikes me that the effort made by the company is more to do with extracting money than with providing a working service or helpful support.

It doesn't cost too much to find out it doesn't work so give it a go if you are not convinced by the reports on TrustPilot.

Occasional glitch here and there, but mostly OK. Fairly cheap, so worth at least trying out IMO.

Also ich persönlich kann den negativen Bewertungen hier kein bisschen zu stimmen. Ich glaub seit 7 Jahren bin ich bei alldebrid, zwischendurch immer mal Pausen weil ich es nicht ständig gebraucht habe, aber die letzten 2-3 Jahre ist mein Account eigentlich schon durchgehend auf Premium und kann daher nur sagen, dass ich so gut wie nie Probleme habe, weder mit Hostern (hauptsächlich die bekanntesten und meist genutzten) noch mit irgendwelchen anderen Sachen. Der Support war sogar kulant und hat mein Account hochgestuft, als es mal Probleme bei einer Bitcoin Zahlung gab und da zu wenig Geld ankam.

Die Preise sind auch völlig ok, es ist definitiv günstig, kann man sich nicht beschweren. Account kann problemlos mit JDownloader verwendet werden, gibt es ebenfalls keine Probleme.

Mir fällt da jetzt wirklich nichts großartiges ein, was ich als "problematisch" bezeichnen würde. Von mir aus kann ich alldebrid ganz klar weiterempfehlen, ich kann da nichts von dem negativen hier zu stimmen

Scam debrid. 7 days free trial activated and yet all the host under maintenance . Some host works but when you want to download the file , it got yeeted

Not great, I use stremio and have realdebrid and all debrid. Real debrid has lots of links in 4k quality whilst all debrid has for example 3 links which aren't even 1080p. I'm going to cancelling it.

scammers. They advertise a free trial, but when you register and give your info, you suddenly are "ineligible to prevent abuse". Yes, this includes if it's your first time ever on the site! They're likely just stealing info to sell, so DO NOT use this site!!!

Used to work, but they are starting to scam now.

I have the issue that anything I download with their service, gets repacked and I end up with two files, nofile.mp4 and to_read2.txt, telling me, I'm not downloading from the correct Alldebrid.

Support will not respond.

I let them know I didn't want it before the 7 days trial and they said because I downloaded it then they couldn't give me my money back. I had to download it to try it and decided I didn't like it, have better results from Real Debrid. They are just another scammer! Avoid if you have any intelligence, learn from my mistake!!!!

Je l'utilise depuis quelques mois maintenant et c'est le top.
J'avais des abos chez Uptobox et 1fichier avant ça et aucun regret, Alldebrid c'est simple et complet !
(utilisez l'extension de navigateur Alldebrid, c'est encore mieux pour dl) 👀

War bis vor ca. 6 Wochen wirklich gut. Dann gab es immer mehr Ausfälle bei den Hostern, jetzt wurde mein Account gesperrt mit der Behauptung, ich hätte gegen die "Terms of Service" verstoßen. Auch auf Nachfrage erhält man keinerlei Auskunft, was man denn angeblich böses getan hätte... Angesichts der Tatsache, dass ich an meinem Verhalten genau gar nichts geändert habe (und den Account auch ausschließlich selber nutze) sehe ich nicht, wo da eine Verletzung der Regeln sein soll.
Natürlich gibt es kein Geld zurück, und natürlich hatte ich vor kurzem verlängert... Jeder denke sich seinen Teil.
