Today I received excellent. Customer service. ( Tue June 5) , but every time before this the service was horrendous. I was lied to, hung up on and stupid excuses made as to why my security system was not working. But for the kind young man today I would have thought you did not have one employee that knew what customer service was and should be. They need lesson from that young man as he was able to fix my system while I was on the phone with him while the other reps said I had a bad or low battery. The alarm is plugged into an electrical outlet so I am not the stupid one here. Train your staff on proper customer service, they need it.

Shawn was very helpful in getting my recording schedules back up and running and with helping define the optimal sensitivity for recordings so that I don’t run out of clip storage in the future. Thank you Shawn!

This gentleman was polite very patient he address all my concerns it was a pleasure working with him to solve all my issues I'm happy and content with his services.

I had been having issues with my video doorbell and had called in several times to resolve. The last time I called, I got Bill Mulcahey. He was polite, professional and stayed on the phone with me while he did test to make sure my system was working properly. I feel he went above and beyond compared to other reps I spoke with to resolve my issue. As a HR Manager, I found him to be an asset to your company. Thanks Bill!---

Karen was very helpful. Very pleasant and very understanding and informative. Helped me get my problems taken care of.

I did the callback feature and it worked great! I landed Shawn or the dr and he was really helpful. Plus he called me to make sure everything was ok. I hope I get him again. It’s what I expect with customer service.

I give alliance security one star because their customer service is horrible they tell so many lies and deliver nothing my home is been on protected more than it is protected. I give Kevin customer service professional five stars he’s a great guy he’s experienced kind courteous and respectful. Thanks Kevin great job.

We recently had a security system installed and the lady we were dealing with locally was not very responsive. I called the Alliance customer service number and spoke to Shawn who has been awesome. He ordered all of the remaining parts we needed and he called me with updates on the packages and to set up a time for a technician to come out. Shawn has been very responsive and helpful.

On time, reliable and they stand by their service. Krystal R. provided amazing customer service. She listened to my issues and worked with me to have one of their knowledgeable techs, Mattix come to my home and figure out my issues. As a team, their support and service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Krystal for helping me!!

Awesome customer service

my contractor had knocked off my back door contact when he was fixing the door. I had a few issues remounting it and Shawn walked me thru everything, even tested the system to make sure it was working properly. Also advised me that i could talk to my kids thru the camera and taught me how to do that as well

me and my wife are so happy with our system and with the wonderful customer service

i also want to shout out the technician that did my install Rick He was super professional and super nice. Was patient while the kids were running around the house and didn't mind the noise at all. i will recommend this company to everyone.
