I was disappointed at first because I received a letter from SHS and all my contact information was wrong, but until I called and spoke with a nice gentle by the name of Shan he explained everything in detailed and put me at ease and all is in order and corrected. We loved the one on one help we received from krstyal. She was so helpful and took her time taking us through every step to solve our problems. Every time we would said sorry it's taking us so long following her instructions, she would just say take your time I am here as long as it takes to solve your problem. I have been telling them to stop calling me for over 6 months. They call atleast twice a day. I'm even on the Do Not Call List. I've been very nice in asking them to take my number off their list. I guess my next move is to take them to court. I am so tired off being harassed daily.

Horrible.house caught on fire and alarm didn't go off. The only alarm that went off was one battery operated smoke detector I had that was even further away from the fire than the smoke detector from this company, does not work don't buy!!!

I called Alliance Security this morning in order to get some signs in yard and spoke with this gentleman name Kevin. He was so professional and respectful. Excellent customer service skills. Kevin made sure all my questions were answered and that I was totally satisfied.

I am extremely impressed with Jeremy Weisman. He is a highly talented and professional install technician. He was flawless in his approach to the upgrade of my existing security system on May 5th. He really knows what he is doing. He is very customer oriented and makes sure I was comfortable throughout every stage of the install. I trust him fully with my home security system. Jeremy is quite an asset to the Alliance Security team and should be recognized accordingly.

We have had a lot of trouble with our new system from Alliance and Shawn is working really hard to fix everything. We commend Shawn for his efforts and told him we wouldn't cancel if all issues were resolved by the first including getting our Ring 2 doorbell system installed.

Mr.Sean Crowley gave an awesome experience on assistant me in getting my security services set up thanks again Sean.

Horrible customer service, misleading sales reps that spit half-truths or outright lies. Long wait times for customer service, with no assistance in resolving issues.

I was very pleased with Jimmie doing insulation. Was very helpful and pleasant. I would refer him at anytime because of his personality and because of his pleasant attitude

Jimmy was prompt and very professional upon his arrival. He displayed a very friendly attitude and a very respectful attitude. Was glad to know he is a veteran, as myself! Jimmy was very precise and efficient with his installation. He is a definite asset to Alliance Home Security Systems. I wish him much success in this company and know there is room for him to excel in promotion!

Sean Crowley went above and beyond to help me.so efficient in resolving my problem immediately. So nice to get things done on the first call.

Salesman (Jon was his name) came and put on a good show. Seemed very attentive at first, responded to calls and texts almost immediately while in our “trial” window. Had an issue arose, promised to give a month free to compensate.

Then the trial window was over and I haven’t been able to get a hold of him since. We were never provided our free month as promised, which I am still working to accomplish as I have documentation that I am suppose to have the free month.

The guy installing reeked of smoke. The company has been very slow to respond and is open shorter hours than my workday, which makes getting in touch with anyone very difficult - not a problem you want to have with a security company?!

Go elsewhere. They may seem to offer you good “deals” and good prices and seem appealing, but their salesman are just that and once you sign the contract and are out of the window you can cancel, they will disappear and care less about you and it’s too late.

Also, equipment we have is cool, I like the auto door locks from my phone and remote access, but it’s fairly choppy video, slow response times and audio doesn’t work very well. People have difficult time understanding/hearing from the door when trying to talk through doorbell camera.

Fixed cams very quickly. Matt was friendly and knowledgable. Fantastic! Very happy with Alliance.

I was dealing with my previous security company not ending my contract early and Jennifer from Alliance customer service talked me through it . I'm a 65 year old woman and I have never experienced a better customer service representative than Jennifer. She said that she will try to get a buyout reimbursement for me from Alliance. She has my confidence.
