My experience with Alliance Security and their technician has been an enjoyable one. First I was concern with the additional cost for the contacts and Raja was quick to get a response from the office. I'm very pleased with my akarm system and the technician.

Mr jenkins was great,thank you Alliance for sending him out. Im very happy with my new system,he explained every thing in detail. Very patient and knowledgeable about the system.

The Installation technician was very thorough in explaining everything before and after install. Throughout install, he was courteous and considerate of our home. He offered sound advice and we are most appreciative of his efforts. I was very pleased with Michael.

The technician Jeff Heminger showed up with no id and he could not use the ipod and could not give me a contract. He spend 2 hours talking to someone who was telling him ho to use the ipod when I spoke to the manager Bob Whitney, he thanked me for letting him know and he was surprised, Jeff had spend 2 months "learning the system". I called the corporate office which where I was able to speak to Bob Whitney who promised January 29 a copy of the contract and he said that he would start the 3 day cancel. I sent him an February 3rd and I want to cancel my contract... I still did not receive a copy of the contract. The same technician Jeff who is slow came to take the system down. I asked him if he had an id, he said it was in the car instead of saying let me get it for you... The dispatch person he was working with asked me if he sends a copy of the contract, if I will keep the system, no the poor customer service has already happened and I cannot deal with a company that sends a technician who is very slow could not provide customer service number or website address. I called customer service the next day and he phone rang for 1/2 hour and then discontinued. I called the next and was told that they moved and could not answer the phone.... when you move the first thing installed is a phone. The sales people Zac and Sam were rude and unprofessional, they made their sale so why not be rude and was treated like a nuisance. I received several calls from different people wanting to know how was the service, I told several people that I do not have the service and why have you not cancelled this contract! Now I receive a bill for service monitoring and then another notice to notify me that they cannot find a signal... How stupid there is no signal, your alarm is not set up!!!!

Very nice young man, John, did the installation and was very patient with teaching an old woman how to use the system. My opinion? He deserves a raise!

The installer, (a gentleman originally from Spain, whose name I can't remember), was outstanding. Very thorough, very professional and extremely neat. He is a valuable asset to your company, I am very happy with the system and with the professionalism he displayed installing it. I will recommend your company to whomever needs a security system.

I was out of a security system for 18 days I was fixing to leave this company because of not getting the service for 18 days I was very frustrated.so I believe I should be creted for the dats I was without a system and I really hate safe guard security which is the company I am with now I would really like to change security companies but I am in a contract since being out of service for this long I felt really unprotected and unsafe so basically it took alliance security techinacian ADRIAN COMING BY TO FIX MY SYSTEM.NOW I FEEL PROTECTED AS I NOW HAVE A WORKING SYSTEM.i thank alliance security for their service in getting me feeling safe again I wih I could have alliance security as my security company

Lauren was my Technition and he was as good as they get. He explained EVERYTHING in detail and was able to answer any and ALL questions easily and throughly. His work was spot on. Fast and efficient. He kept everything clean and was very respectful. The equipment seems simple and easy to use. I couldn’t be more happy 😃 with my choice as I was a little hesitant at first!! I couldn’t be more happy 😊

Adrian was very nice and explained the System to the best. I would recommend him as an installer to anyone. We decided to get an Alarm System for Protection and protection of our home.

My technician was extremely professional and helpful. He educated me through the whole installation process and explained the features of the system.

Larry Freeman the technician came to install cameras with my existing service. He realized my security system was not connected properly. He spent the next three hours or more, correcting everything before installing the cameras. He then made sure everything was right and answered all my questions. He really Went above and beyond. I really appreciated that.

I was told numerous times that I had so many free months because of major mess ups and I am still being billed. The billing department has been extremely rude and disrespectful. The last technician put huge holes in my walls and cords hanging out of my house. I was told that it would be fixed and now going on 2 months. I am now being billed for 6 months when 3 of thosewere supposed to be free. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve had with customer service in my life.
