Just got the piece of junk . Doesn't even work. I researched more into their website... turns out that they used a different company's promotion videos and photos. This is Facebook 's fault for not verifying the sellers. Us customers are getting scammed. Please email helpandserving@ gmail.com to perster for your money back.

This is a scam compagny I ordered a v5S pro. Vacuum robot and they send me a toy crappy plastic thing. When asked to send the ordered goods they want the toy returned in order to repay me. They Know that it will cost more to return it than my refund. So dont ever trade with this compagny. I payed through Paypal and their way to solve this dispute is the same as allwaystore so no Help from Paypal either.

scam scam. I have reported them to facebook and will try to get my credit card company to resolve this

Auch ich bestellte den v5s-pro und erhielt ein Kinderspielzeug Nachbau. Billigster Schrott! Bei PayPal wurde mir gesagt ich müsse es per DHL od UPS an die Adresse in China schicken. Hat irgendwer sein Geld zurückbekommen? Ich wäre maximal bereit es nach Halle zu schicken, aber selbst die 4€ sind noch zu viel.

Leider kann ich weniger Sterne nicht vergeben.
Es kam ein komplett anderes Gerät. Anstatt einem Wisch Staubsauger kam ein Spielzeug Sauger.
Ohne Öffentlichkeit, nur mit Batterien zu betreiben und bin der Suchfunktion ist auch nichts zu sehen.
.grundsätzlich sieht das schon eher wie betrug aus...

Statt dem hochwertigen Produkt kam ein japanisches Schrottprodukt im Wert von 5$ an! Auf Mails wird nicht eingegangen! FINGER WEG

They cheated me for this popular robotic vacuum cleaner v5S pro. As with many others, they demand me to return the item via UPS or DHL which will be higher than the amount I paid for the item. OPened a dispute through Paypal and i hope to get a refund.
This is a criminal company.

Verkauft extrem billige Marken Staubsaugerroboter V5 Pro und ähnliche und schick einem dann ein mit Batterie betriebenen Spielzeugsauger der keine 5 Euro wert ist. Reklamation wird nicht beantwortet nur über Paypal, da kommt dann die Nachricht das es ihnen leid tut wenn man nicht zufrieden ist soll man das Produkt bitte per DHL oder UPS zurück senden, auf eigene kosten und nach China. Da das 3 mal so teuer ist wie der Schrott den man bekommen hat wird das kaum einer tun, das ist vorsätzlicher Betrug, Sollen Sie betroffen sein, sofort bei Paypal melden und Anzeige erstatten. Leute die noch nicht dort gekauft haben kann ich nur raten finger weg.

I am $95.00 CAD lighter after I impulsively ordered a robot vacuum cleaner. The ad shows this awesome vacuum and then what you get it is a very cheap thing the runs on AA batteries (Clean Robot which sells on Amazon.ca for $18.00). Then to get your money back they want you to ship it back to them at your cost, "we only accept DHL or UPS as deliver method" when they actually sent it China Post. I am pretty sure I would pay to return it and it wouldn't be picked up or something to that effect (or worse it will be returned to you and then you have to pay that cost as well). The story here is these guys are not on the up and up. Facebook should stop running their ads, and pay pal should stop collecting their scam money. Pressure needs to be put on these two companies, don't support scammers to scam people.

Nicht den bestellten Staubsauger Roboter erhalten, sondern ein anderes no-name Produkt.
Hatte den ILIVE mit V5s pro bestellt. Mit Ladestation. Das gelieferte Modell hat nur Batterien. Bis jetzt kann ich noch keine Angaben zum Rückversand machen. Paket kam aber über Hermes aus Halle (D).

Habe den Fall an PayPal übertragen, da der Verkäufer auf nicht eine Email von mir geantwortet hat. Bloß die Finger weg! Ich war leider zu gutgläubig.

Habe soeben online eine Strafanzeige aufgegeben.
Das ist auch für PayPal interessant, weil man nicht mehr zurück schicken muss.

This site is a scam. Do not purchase from them. You will either not receive a product or the item is nowhere the same as the one described in their ads. Good luck asking Paypal to assist you with your dispute. They are inundated with so many fraudulent reseller cases (most are from China or Hong Kong) that their support is starting to be so burden they are closing disputes without making any actual effort on your behalf. Even if your purchase has their supposed 'buyer's protection' they will find a way to not honor it and shut you out. I can see a class action suit in the works.

I cant not believe what these people do to others! I bought two "v5s Pro Robot vacuum cleaners", and they sent me a hunk of junk! I spent $100 and I get crap toys. I will continue to tell everyone about this place! I have already been posting comments and share share share! I will be making a youtube video about your scam! I will also be putting this on twitter, instagram and all over google! Emailed these people so many times and they can give a crap about you! Never buy from these people EVER!!!

Ja auch ich bin auf diesen Schrott reingefallen, das ganze Teil ist wirklich noch nicht mal 2 Cent wert. Aber immerhin wir haben etwas bekommen :)

Kompletter Betrug was die da treiben. Man bestellt einen wertigen Saugroboter für natürlich unglaubliche 60 € und bekommt ein wertloses Plastikgerät, welches die Batterien nicht wert ist, die man da installieren soll! Echt unglaublich, dass die das so ungestraft durchziehen können!
