Scam also received a 3 dollar worth plastic toy instead of a robot vacuum cleaner, no customer service available and no answer.

Ordered a V5 vacuum robot, received a $10 plastic toy... Search Aliexpress for 32848709955 to see the plastic crap you will get.

I ordered a V5S pro robot cleaner and what I received just a like a toy. I had sent 3 times email and 3 times messenger but nobody answer my question. They are just keeping my money of a pro robot cleaner but just give me a toy. How bad is it.

They sell a "robot cleaner" ILIFE V5s and you recieve literally a TOY: only a plastic shell without electronics.
Customer Service asks you to send this back in order to gain a refund: you have to spend another 15€ for a toy, that is not even worth 5€...

Scam. Do not buy. If you do buy, resolve through PayPal directly to get your money back, you will not receive an answer through the company.

Scammer in all its sense. Bought the veneers, go tthe wrong thing. Couldn't get my refund cos apparently even PayPal's resolution centre didn't want to load the page for more than 2 days when I was trying to submit the complaint. Emailed seller and no response til now. It's been 2 months. SCAMMER. DONT BUY!!!

Bought products from them which never materialized then took them on via Paypal which they then refunded me on, purchased the same product via another company which turns out to be the same store. Have seen the same ad for veneers time and again under different names and needless to say have never received anything from my second order. I am again going to handle them via Paypal. This company is a scam and is all over Facebook and social media.

UPDATE:
Received the second parcel today 7/7/2018 and surprise surprise!! They advertise as NOT being the pink gum ones but they are. Be warned people this is a scam company. Either you are not going to get your parcel or you are going to receive EXACTLY what they promise NOT to sell.

THIS COMPANY IS OPERATING UNDER VARIOUS NAMES USING ADVERTISING FROM HONEST UK FIRMS TO PROMOT AN ITEM THEY DO NOT SELL;GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM IS IMPOSSIBLE AND BODIES SUCH AS AMAZON AND FACEBOOK ARE LETTING THEM SELL ON THEIR SITES.I FOR ONE WILL BE PROMOTING A ONE MAN CAMPAGNE AGAINST THEM OF FACEBOOK.

this is a scam I have been trying to email them and no answer I received the wrong product also this company is making money off people who ordered products from them and get something else they didn't order . what a scam company , I should have read reviews first.

I just received my package in the mail and I received the wrong product , don't know how to contact them, only by email and they don't reply, they are also on messenger and don't even open the message, they need to be dealt with, very angry at myself for even paying without looking at the reviews grrrrr

Not Happy, ordered goods, got totally wrong goods, trying to get a full refund, but they just don't reply, sent photos of order and my invoice, just sent nother email a week later. If no response I will be taking it further, not going to let them get away with it, as no dought they get away with this stuff all the time, over dodgy scamming company's that rip people of.
