When a single purchase is made to Altruan, the immediately sign you up to a recurring contract. This is hidden in their terms and conditions which is not disclosed to you until you read the small print. This is considered as a scam. They keep recurring the orders one after the other immediately. I received 3 deliveries for the same within 10 days when I only authorised the first payment. They do not respond to your emails and will not answer the phone either. You end up fighting them through the credit card company which is inconvenient. You have been warned. Keep away.

I tried to cancel my order within 20 minutes of placing the order. I was told that the order had already shipped and could not be cancelled. The order had NOT shipped! In fact, the order has not even shipped 4 DAYS LATER! So you refused to cancel the order even though the order had clearly NOT been shipped.
I do not appreciate being lied to!

Wie immer schnelle Lieferung und unkompliziert. Ware ist immer super und auch das Preis leistungsverhältnis ist super. War nicht das erste Mal h d auch nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich hier bestellt habe…

Keine Sendungsnummer von DHL. Zweimal angerufen, zweimal keine Rückmeldung. Dann eine Meldung, Paket verloren gegangen. Frage: Neuversand oder Gutschrift? Gewünscht wurder Gutschrift. Dann die Info: Paket ist auf dem Weg. Wieder keine Sendungsnummer. Wir sind nicht mehr da.

Hat alles gut funktioniert, von Bestellung bis zur Lieferung.

Altruan kennzeichnet seine Waren gene auf diversen Plattformen (so auch bei DocMorris)
als "lieferbar" und lockt damit Verbraucher zu einer Bestellung und Bezahlung.
Danach - still ruht der See.
Keine Informationen - keine Ware.
Ich kann nur jedem Verbraucher raten,
der trotzdem meint bei Altruan bestellen zu müssen,
dies mit PayPal zu machen.
So kann dort sehr schnell ein Fall wegen "Nichtlieferung" aufgemacht werden und Altruan überweisst dann sehr zügig das Geld.
Ware? Die sieht man natürlich nicht!
Mich wundert auch, dass @DocMorris diese Spielchen Ihres Dropshippers Altruan mitmacht, denn so zerstört man sich sehr schnell seinen Ruf als Online-Apotheke mit angeblichen "just in time" Lieferungen.
Fazit:
Keine Ware bestellen, bei der Altruan als Lieferant auftaucht, lieber ggf. bei Wettbewerbern etwa mehr bezahlen, dafür aber seine Bestellung innerhalb 2-3 Tagen geliefert bekommen und glücklich sein.

Absichtlich falsches Lieferdatum auf der Homepage obwohl sie genau wissen, dass sie es nicht liefern können.
Dauert ewig lange bis sich jemand meldet.
Ich würde nichts mehr dort bestellen.

Would give 0 stars but it won't let me. Altruan is incapable of sending the items purchased on the order. I have ordered a cable with 3.5mm jack for the pluslife mini dock over 2 months ago:

Instead they sent me the usbc data cable for the plus life machine

When I realised the issue I requested customer service send the correct item, only I was sent a replacement USB C data cable again. Now I am trapped in a loop where I complain to customer services and they send out the incorrect replacement item and this is repeated over and over again. I have now received 4 USBC data cables and still not received the item I originally ordered (a power cable with 3.5mm jack).

They are incapable of delivering the correct item as ordered. While I am left with no mechanism to purchase the power cable for the very expensive pluslife mini dock.

Leider werden wir seit Monaten vertröstet, die Bestellungen sind aus Februar und März 25. Es kann ja nicht sein das der Lagerbestand seit Monaten auf Null steht. Als Antworten kommen immer die gleichen standardisierten Sätze. War immer zufrieden mit der Altruan. Schade.
