Jan, in sales, has been ultra helpful in my ordering replacement Slings for my Alumatec chairs.

Choices of materials, good workmanship, reasonable pricing

Their customer service is outstanding and they are very knowledgeable about patio furniture. Unfortunately it took a little while to make the furniture but that's the way it works with custom so, it was expected. I will definitely do business with them again in the future!!!

The chairs are perfect and exactly what we ordered.

The ordering procedure was good. The furniture was Put at the front of the trailer and we had to climb in to unload it. That was a little inconvenient since it was delivered to a pool house.

I ordered the chair straps around Dec 1 and received them January 13. Jan was was responsive and helpful in getting them to me by then since I was leaving for the US Virgin Islands within days of their arrival. The box of straps was not opened, but was placed in the US mail and sent and is expected to arrive in St Thomas around January 24. Obviously, I would prefer that your product be shipped directly to the USVI. If that was possible, my condo association would buy new chairs, tables, and umbrellas from Alumstech. As a past customer, I appreciate your company’s products and the professionalism of your employees, especially Jan Trimble.

This company makes outstanding products, and I believe they are without a doubt the best on the market. They are high-quality, durable and long lasting, even when exposed to all types of weather. The only criticism whatever is the difficulty of placing an order. I called repeatedly to try and order, left a phone number and no one ever called me back. I was finally successful by sending an email—but you shouldn’t have to do that. Why don’t they return calls when their voice answer system says they will?

We ordered our furniture to be refinished In the middle of September and had an estimated ship date of 10/14, but were told to expect it sooner. It arrived 10/21 and was not painted nor were the new feet installed. We finally received our completed furniture approximately 11/28!
When we finally received it back complete as ordered, the workmanship was excellent. Customer service was very helpful. If someone in production would have checked on what the techs were doing, this would not have happened. I can't believe they shipped it the first time in the condition it was! They need help in that area of their business.
It came wrapped for protection and their driver offered to unwrap it for $100 cash!

I have ordered chairs from this company before and every single sample/color swatch I asked for was sent to me along with follow ups on their part to see what I was thinking. Ordering is easy as well as payment. I highly suggest that if you are looking for a reliable company, Alumatech is the way to go.

Did an amazing job on our pool furniture, fair price's, picked up & delivered, dependable, all the way around 5 + stars.

The thing that bothered me the most was the cost of the freight. $1000 even in these times is over the top.
There are other freight companies, such as Brauns, Express Global, and even Fedx ground that I think would have cost less.

These are great lounge chairs. We replaced our 12 year old ones this year. Nothing really wrong with them just showing a little age. We probably would have went through 5 sets from Lowe’s in the same number of years.

It did take close to 6 months to manufacture and delivery. Not much (none) communication from time of pre-paid order until the delivery was scheduled.

I was going out of town and asked for delivery prior to my departure. An adjustment was made to the production/delivery schedule and the tables were delivered 3 days before I went out of town.
