Delivery was followed up with a text message to confirm receipt of the delivery and a contact number should I have any problems. Overall, I found Alva PC to be competitively priced and provide a good customer service. Based on my experience I would use Alva PC again and I would certainly recommend them to others.

I have purchased Tapo P304M smart extension cable from ALVA PC and there was a little problem with delivery but I have contacted customer service and the team was very helpful and sorted problem very quick. I cannot recommend Alva PC enough
I cannot recommend Alva PC enough - I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 165 for my wife’s birthday, having placed the order I realised the 3-5day shipping would not have it arrive in time. I phoned them literally 5 minutes before they were due to close, they still picked up and a member of their team arranged for the watch to be sent out next day delivery, so it arrived on my wife’s birthday at no extra cost! (Even though I offered to pay extra) Absolute class company & service, plus they were the cheapest around. Thank you so much.

Good prices for good parts
I ordered a motherboard and PSU, Alvapc were about £30 cheaper than ordering the PC parts of Amazon, thats good.
However they say 3-5 business days for delivery and I ordered 7 days ago on a Saturday, so they have had the full 5 business days from monday to friday to deliver and I'm still waiting for delivery on friday. Its especially irritating as I took a day of work today (friday) to build the PC.
I must say though there customers service is top notch, and as irritating as the late delivery was i can't really blame Alva.

I ordered a Garmin Smartwatch on Monday which was delivered on Wednesday. £20 cheaper than Amazon, etc. I was lucky that this supplier appeared on my Google search and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very pleased with purchase.

I have had a great experience with these people, no problems at all great communication they are ever so helpful Brought 2 6T WD hard drives ordered on the 03/02/2026 they were dispatched on the 07.02.2026, and I received them on the 10.02.2026 might of took long to get them, but I assume that they at to reorder the drives. That is no issue with me at all, the main thing is I got my goods, that's what counts. These people are so friendly and ever so helpful. People that would like to order from this firm, then go for it, they are good at their job. Keep up the good work. Great pleasure doing business with you. :-)

I never write reviews but after buying a CPU at a great price I was slightly skeptical and they were not processing orders for a week while they restocked so after nearly a week with no updates I feared the worst especially with some higher priced deals elsewhere now expired! However after phoning them they repeatedly called me back and sent emails and when they returned as normal my order was shipped Friday and I had it the next day :)
Great prices and excellent customer service.

Nvidia Shield Pro
I ordered an Nvidia Shield Pro through Alva. Delivery was prompt and customer service was very responsive when addressing a query. The Shield itself has worked perfectly since I set it up, and Alva was by far the cheapest option to buy in the UK. Highly recommended.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, I ordered a Ryzen 7 5000 series CPU as it beat all prices on the market. Checkout was easy and support channels made clear. The delivery company faced delays with little communication from them, but nothing on Alva’s part and a quick phone call at the time and I dealt with a lovely guy on the phone who was able to middleman the situation and get it delivered promptly for me! Would order again and will be for sure…

Incredible customer service
Alva PC had the best price I could find for my item, and shipped it out promptly. The courier company had a problem on delivery and I was able to get in contact with Alva PC, even though it was a Saturday afternoon, who managed to sort out the situation while the delivery person was at the door. Amazing customer service.
