I wanted to find a memorable and unique trip for me and my friends. I looked at many cruise companies and itineraries in Croatia. Then I found Always Croatia. Christy offered yacht cruises that included more excursions, better ships, top notch tour directors, at a reasonable price. She under promised and over delivered. Every day was filled with fabulous food, fun things to do, valuable and interesting information from the tour director, a beautiful comfortable boat, all surrounded by the beauty of Croatia. Would I recommend Always Croatia? ABSOLUTELY.

I can’t remember having a more perfect vacation from
Pickup at my hotel to arrival at the most beautifully outfitted yacht Mama Marija II, my luggage delivered to my amazing stateroom with lush linens on a comfy queen size bed, to the happy and helpful faces of an amazing English speaking crew, gourmet meals prepared by star worthy chefs, and most notably the AMAZING Nina, our cruise director. There was never a moment where she didn’t have a smile on her adorable face. Miss you Nina. I don’t use the word “perfect”very often, but taking a week long sailing aboard the Mama Marija along the exquisite coast of Croatia was about as close to perfect as you can get.

We had a great trip with Always Croatia. The Nina and the crew were so helpful. The other travelers were very friendly which added to the incredible scenery.

Recently returned from our wonderful cruise with Always Croatia! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect trip! Small group sailing is the way to go! From the accommodations, (Mama Marija II) to the food ( Michelin style) to the ports of call to the crew ( really hard workers!) to the swimming stops and weather….everything was perfect! Croatia is stunning, and the only way to go is small cruise!

This was the BEST EVER TRIP!! Always Croatia and our boat crew did everything possible to facilitate impeccable highest level of service! First, THE CREW, service focused and extremely conscientious! The rooms, beds are so comfortable with the bathrooms with a normal sized shower! THE FOOD, creative, beautifully plated three course meals AND DELICIOUS…with half board allowing for discovery of local incredible food, as well! The other passengers were adventurous with age ranging early 20’s to 80’s plus from across the USA with a 1/3 from Australia! Being in an environment with 38 passengers allows for new friendships to form with likeminded travelers! LOVED Croatia and the blue green water of the Adriatic Sea is mesmerizing!

Christy from Always Croatia is a gem of a travel agent! We worked with her to book our trip up the Croatia coast from Dubrovnik to Split for the 7-day cruise on the Premier with Zoran. We were having trouble finalizing our Greece portion of our trip to Athens and mainland Greece archaeology sites along with a stay on the island of Santorini for a group of 10 travelers. Christy stepped in to assist us and finalize the 12-day tour with her contacts in the industry.
Our Croatia experience on the Premier with Zoran was fabulous! We did not know what to expect, but it was just what we needed! Every day we would swim off the back of the boat in a small cove that the captain and crew would find for our enjoyment! Then we would continue to the ports and take a tour with the local Croatian experts who would share their knowledge with us! The tours were a great balance of local knowledge shared with us and then personal time for us to explore on our own! The captain, crew, chef and wait staff were terrific!
Croatia is a country that should be on everyone’s bucket list and I would recommend you using Christy from Always Croatia!

We loved this trip. Always Croatia has created a very special opportunity to be entertained and educated by local families and businesses. We would not have access to several once in a lifetime experiences on our own. Especially loved the special meal with a local winery and another with a Prosciutto family business. Croatia is a fascinating country, filled with friendly & polite citizens.

Perfect balance of guided tour time and free time. Excellent communication of what to expect, helpful tips for dinners, and places to shop or avoid. Amazing authentic dinners and lunches at local families homes and winery. We had an amazing time!! Darko, our cruise director, was amazing! He was so knowledge and fun!

Had a great week of cruising on the Mama Marija II. The entire crew was attentive and hospitable. The food on board was amazing!! . They made the trip extra special I would recommend and return!! Definitely a lifetime memory!!

Once in a lifetime!!….Those are the first words that we use when people ask us how our trip was. Croatia is a beautiful, safe, clean country with friendly people and fabulous food. The crew on Mama Marija II was amazing. The chef was exceptional! Our tour guide, Darko, was extremely knowledgeable. He had the perfect personality for this job. The trip was the right mix of relaxation and touring. Being on the yacht enabled us to go to small ports and step right off into towns. No need to board buses/taxis/ubers to go places. Always Croatia was trip of a lifetime. From the moment we arrived on board it was wonderful, the boat was beautiful and clean, the staff was accommodating and professional, the food excellent. Everywhere we went and all of the guides great.We enjoyed every moment.

This was no ordinary cruise. No, this was like being adopted by a long lost family who made you feel at home from the moment you stepped aboard the Mamma Mariija II. The crew, the chef, the sailors all went above and beyond. The yacht itself is beautiful with comfortable cabins and surprisingly large showers. Our cruise director Darko was an absolute wealth of knowledge, with an exceptional sense of humor. Just think of your favorite College professor-someone you could still hang out with after school. As to the ports of call-Wow-Croatia is a perfect blend of the best that Europe has to offer. Like being in Greece, Ancient Rome and St. Tropez all at once, with one huge difference, each town/city/village was sparkling clean!! The cleanest European country we’ve ever visited by far. Food? Amazing-from sidewalk Burek stands to Michelin Star restaurants-they have it all. Spoil yourself-take this trip!! You’ll never forget it!

Always Croatia Cruise was the most amazing week of my traveling life. The crew was professional, our captain was amazing, Darko our cruise director was top notch. I would go on another cruise with Cristy planning any time. The place we went to were so beautiful and the people were so nice. Truly a wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience from the initial planning to the actual trip! Everything was clear and detailed as far as the booking. Everyone we worked with from the planner, to the cruise director, to the captain and the cook was top notch. We loved our trip and would go back again and again. It was filled with truly unique and authentic experiences we never could have booked on our on.

The ship was really nice. The crew was amazing, and the chef was the best. The whole experience was pretty amazing, and Croatia was beautiful. I would recommend this trip for anyone looking to experience the islands of Croatia. Thay are the best!!!

I own a travel agency in NY and have been in this business for over 35 years. I would say I am well travelled with very high expectations. Working with Christy at Always Croatia was a great experience from start to finish. She really knows her stuff and made every effort to make this a seamless and easy process. We were impressed with this entire trip. The attention to detail was outstanding from our overall needs to minor touches such as water bottles.
