Lack of communication my order didn’t have the colognes that I ordered and never bother to reach out to me, was until I reach out to them that they update me with a different cologne, after that the other wasn’t Available and it was the same story, and about the product can’t review it yet is being a month since I place the order and the tracking number apparently is being stuck in the same place, temu, alibaba and dh gate have faster shipping

The most rubbish and disappointing trying to find some sort of communication to get through to Amaari customer service. Firstly I have not received my order it's been over a month! I then tried to email their sales team via email - no response I then tried to send them a direct message through Insta - no response I even had to download snapchat to try message them no response! There are three type of email address I discovered and sent a message no response.Lastly my last try was to call them up did they answer noooo! BUT eventually I had to stay up all night last night to chat to someone on their live chat but I left a message and they got back to me after the early hours showing me just a screenshot of the journey of the order but not stating if its been delivered or its whereabouts!!!!!
I need a solution this is very unprofessional.
