I ordered from Amora Luxe hoping for a smooth delivery, but it was an absolute nightmare. My package took over a month to arrive, completely missing the estimated delivery window. Tracking barely updated, and when I reached out to customer service, they were completely unhelpful and ignored my requests. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere!

A scam. This company is selling the same shoes and using the same photos as companies with other names.
Really poor quality products and unacceptable customer service.
The fact that they keep changing their name is a warning sign!

*I ordered a size * & was senr size 4.5-5, there was no paper work or return address shoddy 7 very cheap looking so it is yet another frudulant company. Buy nothing fron them

Absolute rubbish ! Do not buy anything from this company . Very poor quality, coat appeared in my basket that I didn’t even order , emailed immediately to cancel but said it was too late , I wouldn’t even give it my dog to sleep on ! Impossible to return , only to china with registered delivery at great cost . Cannot contact by phone , only email . A complete rip off company .

They don't even deserve 1 star, I ordered what was described as a Wool coat ........it was not! at best it could be described as a cheap badley made fleece. Total rubbish.

Ordered two pair of shoes reduced from £100 each to 49.99 each!!
Supposed to be suede but were actually cheap soft cloth material, and also was sent a completely different size, on both pairs of shoes.

Emailed them, and am waiting their courier's collection of the wrong items, and a full refund- -but not pleased with response so far- and refund policy also not customer friendly and company is not London based shop as suggested, but a China based co. and had to wait 10 days+ for delivery not 48 hrs as stated.
Not good, abd gave raised a dispute with my credit card company -A complete scam and fraudulent sales practices.

If I could give 0 I would. SCAM SCAM SCAM Terrible terrible items from China, not even mentioned on this website. Looks like a genuine website….very clever. Counterfeit bags , false advertising which I will be reporting. If you think you can return them think again. Yes it says you need to pay for returns, clearly thinking it’s a UK brand you could trust that wouldn’t be a problem but back to China with no guarantee of a refund as it’s from 4 different addresses and the cost of postage is so high !!!! I reported to Google as it came up there, they weren’t interested. AVOID !!!!! I’m so angry I was caught out.

If there was zero stars option, that would be appropriate for Amora London. Shocking quality loafers. Even delivered the wrong size. When I stated I wanted to return. They wanted more evidence. It would seem not only are they very poor quality but also the 30 day return policy, is not honored! I will need to approach my bank for refund.

Tried to return items. No way of returning goods. scammed. Don’t bother with them.

This company calls itself "Amora London" but is based in China. I ordered what were described as orthopaedic loafers in a size 8 but what came were cheap thin soled shoes that barely fit. Avoid buying these products as they are not what they seem and are not cheap.

Shocking product quality. Described as orthopaedic lofas! They are low quality and a size too small. Avoid.

SHOCKING QUALITY! Don't go anywhere near this company. A dress of slimy, synthetic material with blurred colours, nothing like the pic given, arrived after three weeks with no invoice and no information for returns. A real scam - I should have read the reviews!

This company is a scam, they also traded as Hazel & May, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, PLEASE.

J'ai reçu deux paires de chaussures. Déjà prmière mauvaise impression; l'emballag , dans un sac grossièrement scotché, et troué. Chaussures sans boite . Odeur de produit chimique dès l'ouverture et après déballage démangeaisons visage et mains ! Les chaussures en plastiques de très mauvaise facture, rien à voir avec l’impression de qualité vendue par les photos du site. En fouillant un peu , envoi de Chine. . Produis fidèles ce que l'on dit de certaines fabrications chinoises. Bien sur je ne conseille pas du tout.

Bestilte et par bukser den 13. juni 2025, hvor de skriver til mig at jeg vil modtage varen indenfor 7-14 dage. Jeg har rykket dem flere gange og har også fået et sporingsnummer. Varen skulle være blevet sendt gennem SuperParcel. Jeg har forsøgt at spore pakken gennem SuperParcel, men kan se at de ikke har modtaget nogen pakke. Hold Jer langt væk fra dette firma. De har selvfølgelig trukket pengene den dag, jeg bestilte varen.
